What an incredible experience! Yoga with Liz left me feeling rejuvenated and so much more grounded. Her space is filled with love and intention, and very welcoming. I enjoyed the slow pace and intentionality of her class, and her sound baths are out of this world. Highly recommend if you're looking for a safe space to reconnect and feel alive again.

Liz is the most gifted yoga/meditation teacher I have ever worked with. I am so grateful to have happened upon Heart and Sol Yoga! I have taken her Yoda Nidra/Sound bath class as well as Shamanic Yoga class multiple times over this past year. Each class has continuity and consistency while also having nuanced differences during each experience. Liz is attuned to each person's needs and adjusts the class accordingly. From the thoughtfully curated and beautifully appointed yoga studio, to her inclusion of aromatherapy, tarot/deck pulls, crystals, many sound instruments and other healing modalities, Liz involves accessing all 5 senses in each of her classes. Walking into her studio is like being embraced in a gentle, nourishing hug. Liz is also such a sweet and kind person, her energy is infectious and it is clear she loves what she does. Liz has no doubt found her calling- you should not miss the opportunity to attend one of her classes!

Love this business! It was peaceful, so clean, smelled amazing, such a great space for healing and relaxation. The owner, Liz, is a beautiful soul. I attended a healing workshop that included a sound bath, mediation and yoga. It was a thoughtful and moving experience. Michelle and Liz clearly had put a lot of time and effort into making it a special experience for us all. I can't wait to go back for more and other services this business has to offer. I had a much needed Shamanic Energy Healing session a couple of months ago with Liz. I found so much peace, clarity, and relaxation. Even the Moon Deck card pull was in line with my intentions. I am so grateful for the reset and I am inspired. Liz used Reiki, Shamanic journeying, and sound tools to assist and bring me back into balance. She also gifted me a clear quartz bundle! I highly recommend.
