I first fell in love with the HeartPounds group strength fitness classes! Hannah and Christina make the weightlifting classes an approachable, warm community for people of all levels. They are not just expert trainers. They are also generous, kind, and patient with their knowledge. After I got a running injury, I also started working with Hannah for one-on-one personal training. These past four months have already been transformational. My running form has improved, I'm faster up hills, and most importantly my day-to-day life tasks like carrying groceries and lifting my e-bike around are easier to manage. I feel stronger, happier, and more confident in my body than I ever have. I am grateful and lucky to keep growing with this gym. I can't recommend it enough. It's a gem!

Heart Pounds is a favorite place of mine to be, let alone favorite place to workout. When I started here I couldn’t do a body weight squat. This week I PR’d my squat at 190 lbs. I look and feel fit, strong, and happy. Hannah and Cristina care so much about their clients and have an incredible amount of knowledge. Hannah has helped me work with many chronic injuries that came from a 30-year law enforcement career. Her background as a corrective exercise specialist has been such a gift to my almost 60-year-old body. No matter your experience level, age, or injuries, I cannot recommend HP highly enough. ❤️💪🏽

For ladies who want to lift and see gains, look no further! I’ve been attending since August and have made so much progress in such a short time. I owe it all to Hannah! 🫶🏼She’s amazing and pays attention to you and your goals. I’ve had four kids and my core needed help. Hannah has helped me so much rebuilding it. This spot is a gem and I’ve found my new home away from home.

Awesome friendly vibe - especially for beginners. The instructors are great at explaining everything and helping you make adjustments. There's enough time to spend with individuals because the class sizes are small. It's a bit hard to get an appointment on classpass because they fill up quickly. But it's a great place to workout with weights!

I've been training with Hannah since 2021, and I couldn't be happier with the results. What sets Hannah apart is her ability to create programs specifically tailored to each client's needs, whether you're focused on functional strength, powerlifting, or anything in between. Hannah's expertise spans across a diverse range of clients, from women in their 20s to their 50s, and she has an incredible knack for helping people with very different backgrounds and goals.

When I hit a bottleneck in my progress, Hannah is always quick to adapt, introducing different variations and auxiliary exercises that help me overcome any limiting factors. Thanks to her guidance, I'm much stronger now than I was 10 years ago. I've also seen many of her other clients undergo truly transformative changes. If you're looking for a personal trainer who is knowledgeable, adaptable, and genuinely invested in your success, I highly recommend Hannah!

I have been training with Hannah in various capacities since 2018! Transitioning from 1:1 training to virtual training to small group classes have all helped meet me where ever I was at the moment and ensured that my fitness journey continued. I am really enjoying her small group classes, I love that it is all women, that I still get a lot of personal attention and I really enjoy the camaraderie of training with other likeminded women.

LOVE this place, you will get stronger and meet some really nice people. Hannah is THE best and I've had major results since training with her the last few years. Game changing. The space itself is very comfortable and her equipment is in perfect condition. You'll learn correct form and be safer at the gym. Can't say enough good things, just try it out!

Hannah’s workouts over the past 3 years have not only strengthened my core and balance, but also my flexibility has improved dramatically. Hannah has designed personalized workouts with just the right amount of heart-pounding challenge for me, and I am amazed at how much I have improved under her guidance. I’m heading into my 60s, and I just hiked the 6.7 mile Mt Tam loop with confidence and energy. I was joyfully surprised that I didn’t need a nap afterwards! I also like to travel and highly recommend Hannah for those who want to have their fitness at a level to enjoy their next decade and beyond.

I first started training with Hannah last year. Training with Hannah has been nothing short of transformational— I'm stronger and more confident in my body than ever before and that's all thanks to her! I transitioned from 1:1 personal training sessions to the small group workouts. For me, the small group format has been a win-win— I still get the pros of hands on support and attention from Hannah with the added benefit of it being more financially accessible. I also genuinely love how supportive the other women in my small groups are. I feel like we serve as each other's accountability partners and cheerleaders which helps motivate me to continuously try to reach new goals. Highly recommend!
