Heather Leigh has been a trainer, coach, and instructor for nearly 27 years. She is an expert in teaching her clients how to utilize training across strength, conditioning, yoga, Pilates, nutrition, and lifestyle to achieve results. Heather Leigh offers group classes, private classes, private training, in-home training, nutrition and wellness counseling, and retreats around the world. Her experience and knowledge base are unparalleled. She possesses a level of personal connection, humor, and compassion through her work that places her as the premier personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and health and wellness coach in the Bay Area. I feel like I scored the fitness jackpot finding Heather Leigh l Fit For Life! Lemme tell you, this is BY FAR the most supported, most inclusive, most fun workout that delivers the best results. I am excited for my morning workouts now said no one ever except ME now! Each class is different making the time fly by. The music is spot on and makes it so fun. There are people at every different fitness level and she equally supports us all. The group is kind and happy and supportive. Do not be afraid to come here for the first time. You will be welcomed and have a blast. My muscles are getting bigger, my flexibility is growing and I feel mentally stronger and my overall well-being and happiness is on the up! I cannot get enough! Heather’s classes are amazing. They are extremely challenging and at the same time absolutely doable. My favorite thing about Heather is her attention to detail. You will not be able to get away with bad form in Heather’s class. She’s got eyes behind her head. She is also kind and encouraging at the same time. You leave the class feeling very successful. Not to mention the groups of women who attend the classes are very down to earth and fun to work out with. Really it’s a win, win, win.

Heather’s squad workout classes are awesome - really challenging strength workout in a fun and upbeat atmosphere. The exercises are challenging (and things I’d never come up with on my own) but Heather watches your form and gives adjustments in case of injuries. High energy and welcoming group. Would highly recommend for a great workout!

Heather is second to none. She’s a true master of her craft. I’ve taken her strength training classes, mobility classes, yoga classes and done 1:1 training with her and the content is always fresh, always fun and she motivates her “squad” to push themselves beyond the baseline to improve their fitness in ways maybe they didn’t know they could. The first thing to know about Heather is that she is truly one of a kind. She delivers an incredibly rare combination of deep fitness knowledge, dynamic and highly effective full-body workouts, and a positive, uplifting spirit that remains grounded and so very motivating. "Push through this last one, or listen to your body and take a breather!" It is a judgement-free space, and Heather is truly masterful at leading a group class with a nurturing intensity. In fact, I've never enjoyed group fitness until I discovered Heather's practice. It is so apparent from day one that, above all, Heather cares about cultivating a supportive community. I cannot recommend Heather enough–join the squad!

Heather is one of the most capable fitness instructors from whom I’ve ever taken classes, and I’ve been taking her classes for 15 years. I don’t say this about many instructors since I have an abundance of energy, like to work out hard and tire quickly if routines are too similar. Heather’s workouts are always varied, she is a motivating teacher and she has an excellent understanding of exercise physiology. She offers modified exercises to those who need it and is quick to correct bad form. Heather is truly gifted at her craft!
