I highly recommend Aaron as a personal trainer. When I started working out with him, I was not at all fit or active. Aaron worked with me to build both strength and cardio. My time working with him was the most in shape I’ve ever been. Aaron was always mindful of any health limitations and helped me modify workouts as needed. I still reference emails he sent me 10+ years ago with exercises I can do for shoulder tightness and posture. I’m appreciative of all I learned from Aaron and how he impacted my continued fitness to this day.

I've had the pleasure of training with Aaron for close to 10 years now - the first 6 of these were in person at Google and the remaining 4 have been virtual. Over all these years, Aaron has effectively guided me to attain multiple fitness goals - be it losing body fat, gaining muscle mass, or building strength and endurance, and every single time I've been able to meet or exceed my goals with Aaron. But what truly stands out is his ability to train clients in a sustainable way, where you're building healthy habits and routines for the long-term, rather than optimizing for short term gains. As a trainer he pushes you hard, but never to the point of risking an injury, which is largely why I've been able to keep up a consistent routine with him over the years.

Aaron is very knowledgable about how the human body moves and functions, and does an even better job at breaking down these details and explaining them to his clients in an easy to understand manner. More often than not I've come in to workouts with him feeling sore or not quite at a 100%, and he will almost always suggest a stretch, or some deep tissue work with the foam roller or a softball which fixes the problem and allows me to perform to the best of my abilities!

But above all, he is exceptionally kind, polite and just overall a wonderful person to be around. I highly highly recommend Aaron as a trainer - he's definitely one of the best ones out there!

I started taking a small group strength and conditioning class with Aaron in January. Aaron develops / programs fantastic one hour sessions that incorporate mobility warmup, core activation, strength, and cardio. I leave each session feeling wonderfully spent... like I left it all out there. And days when my body can't perform its best Aaron has modifications ready to still give me an appropriate challenge. I appreciate his attentiveness throughout class. He provides corrections, encouragement, and mods to ensure my form is correct/safe. I highly recommend Aaron as a personal trainer... he definitely knows his stuff and gets the most out of his students / athletes.
