This gym is the BEST around town! Tony and his wife are super nice and welcoming! This is a great quality gym with great prices! I would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a place to get a good workout. This is a extremely professional place and the coach is very knowledgeable which is a plus! Go to this place you won’t regret it!!

The guy running the place to me. Great guy. The staff on the other hand, the coach…says to me. . No profesional. I do not know who you are, i don’t shake hands with you…. Guess what….. as a new client to the place I just want to join the boxing game again… and to receive that kind of treatment, no thanks. I will not set foot in this place.

My boys have been training at the gym for the past five months. I’ve been very impressed with the workout routines, especially because they’re excellent full body workouts and they’re different every day. The boys routinely spend time on the speed bags/heavy bag, working on agility with ladder drills, and sparring. Coach Tony is very dedicated and professional.

Great instruction my son has ADHD and Tony knew exactly how to start training him. I would definitely recommend his classes. My son is excited and happy to be learning self defense and 🥊in general. Looking forward to seeing the progress 😀. Very impressive 👏😀
