I was in this place when I was like 7, if I remember correctly, and the coaches are ok, I guess. I haven't been there in a while, but this was back in 2018, I guess. I was autistic, so I forgot easily. But it's a cool place if you want to get flexible.

We attended a free trial class at this gymnastics facility, and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The program presents itself as a place for skill-building and structured learning, but what we experienced was anything but.

The class was led by a coach named Ashley, whose approach felt more like running a daycare than teaching a gymnastics class. Instead of focusing on technique or foundational skills, she seemed intent on filling the time with random, silly activities just to keep the kids entertained. There was no instruction, no corrections, and no effort to help the kids actually improve — just a lot of bouncing around with no clear purpose. It was hard not to question whether she had any serious coaching experience at all.

The entire class felt disorganized and directionless. Rather than laying a foundation or teaching proper technique, it seemed like the goal was simply to keep the kids moving and distracted — which might be fine for a birthday party, but not for a program advertising itself as a place to learn gymnastics.

For the price they charge after the trial, it’s hard to justify investing a dime here. You’d get better structure and instruction at a local YMCA, and likely from someone who actually knows how to coach. If Coach Ashley is representative of the staff, this gym is all show and no substance. Save your time — and your money.

Assaults Little Girls and Try's To Hold Your Child for Ransom

I will be pulling my niece and informing my sister of what I witnessed. This isn't the 50's or a dazed and confused moment. No teacher, police officer, staff member or random homeless to say the least has a right to assault a little 10 year old girl. Saw some middle-aged women grab and yank a child. Little girl was probably 15 feet away from heading to the door and was assaulted by an employee. If that was my kid, I guarantee I'd be locked up right now for defending my daughter. (Than again, it's California, so I'd be out real quick to defend my family once more from that woman who would have assaulted my baby girl)

If I could put 0 stars on this I would, this a B******* of a facility. My niece went to her 2nd time to class at these so called gymnastics. When it came time to pick up my 9 year old niece at the end her sister (11 years old) got out of the car and went to the front to get my niece and Karen Matthew would not let my niece go unless her mom went to pay for the class. She yelled at my 11 year old niece stating to go get mom because she had to pay before leaving. Mom had documentation stating that her payment was so to be made until 6/26 for the month of June. Karen told mom that she was not going to let my niece go until mom made the payment. Mom showed the document that was given to her that payment was to be made on 6/26 and even Karen herself was the one who gave her the form with the date and mom still verbally confirmed that payment was to be made on 6/26! Karen then stated that she does not know why the form stats that date but that she was not going to let my niece go until mom made the payment. My 9 year old niece was terrified while Karen was yelling demanding payment and that is not ok! Why in the world would you pretty much hold a 9 year old hostage saying payment is due now when documentation shows that payment is until 6/26 especially when on a fixed budget! Attached to this review you will find the paper that was given to mom in regards to payment. Don’t bother taking your child here, very disrespectful owner!

This place is amazing. I have been coming here for a year and a half now, the staff is amazing (ESPECIALLY Lane, Jake, and Alexa) and the instruction given is focused on doing skills correctly. One of my daughters started from the Gym Bears (the very very beginning class offered) and is now a level 4 competitor (Yes, in a year and a half).
A few things to understand when putting your child into an expensive sport such as gymnastics… just because you pay for it does NOT mean your child will advance like other children. Your child advancing has some to do with the coach and A LOT to do with the individual child. My child was doing backflips on the couch at home BEFORE I signed her up so she already had the natural ability to do this sport. In short, if your child is not advancing while other children are, rather than pointing the finger at the coaches, maybe take a second look at your own child. Some take longer than others to learn like with anything in this world.
Next, the coaches go through hours of training before they are able to coach children on their own. People who expect all of the coaches to be previous gymnast themselves really need to look at the reality of it because if that were the case, there wouldn’t be very many gymnastics gyms. Also, the coaches here are trained to teach the children the PROPER way to do gymnastics rather than just passing them along through each level “because they paid for it”. This gym teaches safety and proper form which is amazing seeing as how this is definitely a long term thing for my child. I don’t need her hurt at all, she would be devastated.
Lastly, (for now), looking at the previous comment about children being “blamed” for the bathroom being dirty is hilarious and shows a lack of accountability and a lot of deniability from parents. Again, as a parent that is here most of the week, there are many things I witnessed including children purposely clogging the toilets with too many seat protectors or too much toilet paper. The restrooms were monitored after each child used it and it was narrowed down to the day and time this was being done to the point the restrooms became locked after each use on these days and times. This was to prevent the constant need to call a plumber for the clogged toilets and once the restrooms became monitored the issue stopped. Again, a lack of accountability and constant deniability from the parents caused these changes all because a lack of respect.
Again, I love this place and will continue to come here and recommend this gymnastics gym to other parents who want their children to participate in this crazy competitive sport.

This place seems nice, I used to take my daughter to Redlands Gymnastics and she really loved it there but because we relocated we started taking our 5 year old here and I like the routine they have the kids do, and I like the sizes of the class, but I highly suggest the staff should be in uniforms because the young ladies wear shorts that are basically underwear and you can literally see everything, I understand they have to be comfortable but there are longer shorts that go mid-thigh, very inappropriate to let staff dress like this, also I am not the first person to notice this, and I hope the owner will take this into consideration plus it will make the staff look more professional and clean. And maybe some ventilation because upon walking in and sitting down it smells like feet the time you are there. Other than that this place teaches really really good gymnastics the form and teaching is great

The review written by Nancy Arellano was totally ridiculous! My daughter and I were there when this event happened and she is not telling the real story. Many parents also witnessed what happened. Her daughter was bullying other children and she was upset because she wanted the child that was bullied to be punished! Also, there is plenty of supervision and the coaches are doing a good job. What does morality of the owner, Karen, have to do with anything. How about the morality of Ms. Arellano who has had an issue with at least one other gym prior to this? I was standing near Karen when she tried to quietly placate Arellano. Arellano then brought attention to herself by accusing Karen of embarrassing her in front of other parents. The only embarrassment was Ms. Arellano's bad behavior since the rest of us did not know there was a problem until she got louder and tried to drag her husband into it. Plenty of witnesses!

Karen Matthew (Owner) is a terribly individual with no morals or respect to her customers! She treated my family poorly (to include our 6 year old daughter. This is definitely NOT a place I would support by investing my money.
The coaches are sweet however, when I signed up my daughter I was told there were always two coaches for her age group and that was not the case. Most of the time the students are left at a station without supervision. I will report this to the BBB and hope she learns to become a better human!

THESE PEOPLE ARE MY FAMILY. i don’t go here anymore for my own reasons, but i visit all the time because they all make me so happy. karen is the best coach and helps you meet every goal you could imagine. she pushes you to your max because she knows exactly what you’re capable of. my whole 6 years here was best thing i had decided to do. you’re treated like a part of the acrobrats family and everything and everyone is so connected with each other. even the parents are all friends with each other. i miss everyone so much. i cant stress it enough when i say this is my family. as of the other assistant coaches, they’re also great. karen wouldn’t have them there if they weren’t. i think coach ashley is still there, when i left she had just had a baby and wasn’t working to take care of her. but she’s also the sweetest and has the most sassy spunky personality in the best way of course. the experience of gymnastics is so amazing. the places you get to go and things you get to experience. this gym is also extremely participating. getting to do all the spirit weeks and taking visits to watch cool things like ucla meets. the way this place treats people is amazing i couldnt ask for better :)

I registered my daughter she is six years old and I didn’t like it and I do not recommend this place because they put all ages for one class which is ridiculous big kids and little kids and they don’t even pay attention to on what the kids too so don’t waste your money here

Ok I was invited by a few moms that I met to.take my toddler i showed up and i was a lil late but I'm in Hesperia lil bit of a drive anyways my son had a blast but seriously , 20 min in we were all basically told we had to all leave as they gave out stickers to the toddlers so the next group could come in i spent not sure but like 10 maybe more for 20 min the guys at the table never said anything to me like hey maybe come back for the next toddler group time this was a few months ago but I havent been back since save your $ go to the trampoline place the employees the facility is way better and u have 2 hrs of fun for your lil ones ....
