very recently at night there is nobody is working at the gym there is no staff, the office is closed and that is the time that the gym is crowded the most and i noticed that people that are not residents here would come into this small gym that is already crowded and start working out i'm here paying $3000 every month and i can't even use the gym👎 not professional

The set up they have in this gym is really cool i like the outside playground for workouts it has 2 sleds 2 battle ropes and pull up bar station not to mention a lot of grass space to throw out some weights and do your workout. They also have a downstairs where they have all that heavy bodybuilding equipment and on top they have a more light equipment with a lot of treadmills. They have 2 rooms one for spinning classes the other one they have a lot of punching bags for kickboxing and boxing classes.

It's crowded 4 to 7pm per usual but people definitely don't let ypu work in and some guests are obnoxiously loud.

Love my gym! I have been coming here for over a year now for personal training with Marco. To be fair, I followed Marco from another gym so I do have that established trainer/trainee relationship. That being said, Marco is wonderful at listening to you and taking your limits into consideration without letting you get away with anything. He has a great balance as a trainer and I couldn't recommend him more!
For the gym itself, from the very beginning I felt welcome and did not feel those "judgey" stares from going to a larger franchise. Everyone is respectful and helpful as much as they can. Everything is clean and it is never too crowded. The manager (Chris) even went out of his way to change the music station just because he heard me say I didn't like a song that was playing. Wasn't even talking to him...he just heard me in passing. When was the last time you had a manager do something that caring? Love. My. Gym!
