Disappointed. Booked a personal training session via MINDBODY and nobody was here. Facility locked. No communication and availability clearly showed in the app. Looks like your technology needs some attention.

Mishelle's Spin class is FIRE! This is the best workout and has greatly improved my strength and stamina. She always pushes me to do my best and I feel great after her class. Highly recommended

I really wish words could adequately describe how it feels to be a part of Chris’ cardio dance class. To me these classes are: fun + therapy + friendly faces + great music + amazing workout + more. The vibe is friendly, fun & encouraging, and Chris is a great teacher. Some days I wake up in a funk, but I know if I get myself to Cardio Dance, I always leave sweaty & happy & ready to get on with my day. I’m so grateful we’ve got this wonderful little gym in our small town.

Fit is one of my favorite places. Always nice to have multiple class options each day. Phenomenal, experienced instructors. I always walk out of there sweating and with a smile on my face. Truly something for everyone. My favorites right now are TRX, all the yoga classes, and Pilates HIIT.

Love FIT Studio! Just joined and have been coming fine days a week!!! All the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My favorite class right now is Wendy’s boot camp! She’s amazing!!!!

I have been going to fit over 15 years and the new owners are amazing. I absolutely love the dance classes. The variety of times and classes makes it very accessible and easy to exercise and have a good time. So happy to have them in half Moon Bay.

Try some classes at Fit Studio! Whether you are looking to get back into shape or want a targeted intense workout, they’ve got classes for all. The instructors, manager and other guests are friendly and the studio is really clean and has lots of different equipment for a variety of workouts. I’ve been taking Cardio Dance, Tabata and Tap Dancing. I’m so glad we have Fit on the coast, they are a great team! 💪🤩💥

Unimpressed.
Almost no intrstruction, just rapid repetitive motions, no caution taken to prevent injury.
Felt like the "instructor" was there to get their own workout, not to assist anyone else.
Also super loud music full of swear words.
Really inappropriate.
Do not recommend.

I recommend Katherine’s Mobility and Stretch class at Ocean Colony Club.
Katie is an experienced, responsive instructor. Movements a geared towards the more mature body to help with balance, strength and flexibility. Try it out!
