Great group personal training that pushes you beyond your comfort zone
Only taking a star off because I wish they provided towels, and i don’t love the idea that we are constantly lying down on the same floor (without mats) everyone is running on and walking around on with their shoes. Also because the rotations have little time in between, there is no time to wipe down other people’s sweat off weights and or the floor so that is not ideal and can be a huge turn off.

I started going in June and was just going to try a couple days out. I was super impressed by the dedication of everyone that works there. The staff is really great they make you feel at home and are super helpful. I wanted to get a routine going and know what weights I should be doing at the gym. I got super hooked so signed up for the entire year. I love the people that go there to work out they’re friendly. Makes the overall experience, super easy and fun. Highly recommend.

I honestly love the boot camp. The coaches are friendly and will push you. They’re there to guide and help you where you want to be. I really needed the push and I’m glad that I am making it a habit to better myself not only physically, but mentally. The people there are so nice. I can’t say enough good things about Torrance Fit Body bootcamp. I started coming here on and off through ClassPass a couple years ago but it wasn’t until I signed up officially as a full time member this February that I started really seeing results! This is the place to be if you’re truly looking for accountability and you’re looking for a gym/coach/community to push you to become your best self. Originally I was hesitant to join as a regular because I couldn’t justify the cost while I was paying for ClassPass, Yoga and Orange Theory Fitness memberships but I wasn’t getting the full benefit by only coming once every week or two, and the other places weren’t giving me the results I wanted. Ending my other memberships and committing to TFBBC was the best decision I ever made for my health. I am only 5 months in and I have lost about 20 lbs, and for the first time in my adult life I am seriously weight training and getting rid of fat (I’ve lost more pounds in fat than overall body weight).

The coaches here are awesome! When I was told the membership came with “coaching” I didn’t expect much of it, because most gyms will say that but it’s really on you to go out of your way to get help; I honestly thought it was marketing… but I was pleasantly surprised to learn they REALLY care about your progress! Whether you are participating in a 6 or 8 week challenge (nothing like healthy competition to keep you motivated) or not, they encourage everyone to weigh-in and do InBody scans every 2 weeks (which is free, bc they charged us at Orange Theory), and if you aren’t seeing results they WILL get on you and they’ll figure out what is and isn’t working to ensure your macros and fitness plan are targeted to meet your goals. This isn’t a place that just wants your money while you blend into the background not making progress; they will get you out of your comfort zone and notice each time you’ve gotten stronger and push you to add a little more weight when they know you can do it. I personally respond well to that kind of coaching as I have a home gym but I am just not going to push myself when I’m alone.

Not only are the coaches amazing, but Priscilla and Nate make sure this gym is family friendly and you will often see kids and strollers in class. Sometimes I bring my 7 and 9 year olds, but I think this is so amazing for busy parents, especially new moms! My only regret is that I didn’t go all in here sooner, but I’m so thrilled to be at my healthiest and I’ve only just gotten started 😎🙌🏼💪🏼!

Excellent gym with amazing support from the coaches. Truly feels like a family as they know everybody by their names, they welcome new members with genuine, good energy and they’re so supportive of mommies trying to get a workout in. I bring my 4 year old and even my infant (of course they aren’t responsible) but I’m thankful my kids hang tight in a safe corner while mama exercises for 30 min. I love this gym so much that my mother in law has joined the fit fam.

I’ve been a member at Torrance Fit Body for about 4 years and I’m never disappointed. The coaches are top notch, always motivate you and push you. You can tell they want to see you succeed and their number one priority is your health and fitness goals. They take time to do one-on-one consultations, measure your muscle and body fat and work with you on nutrition.

The workouts are challenging but all in good ways. They do sessions that range from upper body, lower body, a mixture of upper and lower and cardio. It will whip you into shape! I recommend Torrance Fit Body Boot camp to anyone who wants to reach their fitness goals.

I wish I could have known about this place sooner!

I was part of a similar work out camp 8 years ago in the valley and since then knew that group workouts were for me.

I finally reached out and started and knew I wanted to keep coming back! It’s only 30 minutes!

The coaches are awesome! They’re very helpful and funny and are there with any questions or concerns. The people that workout here are nice, supportive, and become friends outside of the camp.

I would definitely recommend this place 100% !

I started Torrance Fit Body Boot Camp in February of 2024 and from the first work out I felt welcomed by not only the great coaches but by the others that were also working out. I love the group setting and how there is always at least 2 coaches there to push, encourage and to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly to avoid injury. It’s a 30 minute class but you are working for 30 minutes. They are all willing to talk to you before or after class on specific needs whether it be nutrition, mobility exercises or anything else that comes to mind. You just have to ask!! Highly recommended!!

I love this gym! The workouts and schedule are exactly what I need. I always have fun. The team is super encouraging, pushes me harder and is committed to helping get results. Also the use of the InBody scan is super cool because you get real data on your progress. I’ve been to dozens of boutique fitness gyms/studios and this one has overall been my favorite. I love Torrance Fit Body Boot Camp! The staff are truly amazing! Not only do they look good, they are REAL professionals. I am a nurse and pay attention to details. Everything is clean, everything is organized, everyone is safe. I love Priscilla, Beverly, Cameron, and a new trainer who just started. You work at your own pace with tough, but gentle love. The work outs are fun and energetic. I am so happy I joined!! I just started and already see results. I want to eat better and be better because of the knowledgeable staff. I give TFBBC 5 stars!! I’m a Mom of 3 kids and I started going to TFBBC almost 6 months ago. Over the past 15 years I have tried several beachbody at home work out programs, tried CrossFit for 2 months, and tried a regular gym and never really got the results I wanted and never felt comfortable or confident at other gyms. The atmosphere at TFBBC is great, I can’t say enough about the coaches. They make you feel welcomed, motivate you, push you to become stronger, very supportive and always have a smile on their face. I have never once felt uncomfortable or intimidated like at other gyms. The coaches are great about making sure you have proper form so you don’t hurt yourself and so you get RESULTS by doing the moves correctly and efficiently. TFBBC is not just a gym, they also provide nutrition support, and hold you accountable by checking in with you and making sure you stay on track. They have an InBody machine that tracks your progress by calculating your muscle mass, body fat, weight, etc. Making the decision to improve my overall health and join TFBBC has changed my life for the better. It’s improved my self-esteem tremendously, improved my moods, improved my marriage, and I feel like I’m even a better Mom. I highly recommend trying TFFBC. You have nothing to loose.

This gym is more than 'just a gym". For starters the workouts are different everyday. Then the coaches all take the time to help you work on your form and guide you through the workouts. Then there is the nutrition; you can ask anyone of them and they will gladly go over what your nutritional goals are and/or help you figure that out. Joining TFBBC has been one of the best things I have done for myself. I love not having to think about what type of exercise I’m going to do today. You just walk in, and they have it all laid out. The nice thing is you are done in 30 min.

The other plus is the owners Nate and Priscilla are genuinely caring people and their trainers are too. You become part of the TFBBC family. You also get to meet a lot of great people that you get to work out with.

I started coming to TFBBC in July because I was looking for a group class to help motivate me more to show up (I'm someone who usually works out at home alone, but was finding trouble keeping myself motivated to work out). The classes are 30 minutes which is super convenient for my busy schedule, and the attendees are of all different fitness levels/ages which I found very welcoming and less intimidating than some other classes I've attended where everyone's in super great shape lol. I find the coaches to be friendly and very helpful in modifying workouts to better suit my needs, as I have carpal tunnel & some back issues which makes it harder to do some exercises but thankfully they have helped me adapt the movements so I can still get a good workout without injuring myself. The facility is very clean and professional, but they don't wear masks while working out if that's something that makes you uncomfortable. (As a fully vaccinated person who usually wears a mask in public, I still find I still feel safe without one here as I'm never that close to anyone else and they keep the equipment clean). I would highly recommend FBBC if you're looking to strengthen your body and feel better physically. Im no longer winded going upstairs and my legs and arms feel stronger than ever. And while I try not to measure my success in weight loss as I find it can be toxic for my mental health, I have also lost around 15lbs since starting this program and following the intermittent fasting guide Priscilla sent me!

I’ve been doing home workout for the last 3yrs until COVID happened and I just didn’t have the drive anymore to do it on my own. I’ve gained weight and needed something new to help me lose it. Never in my life did I think I would EVER do a marathon, but when the fam decided to be out in the rain for a Thanksgiving Turkey Trot last year, I had to be there with the squad.
