Every HIIT-it Pasadena class is an Full Body Workout. You can expect to gain strength and speed when you run on our Treads, lift our Weights and HIIT our Heavy Bags. Just as important as getting the best you possible, we just have fun....working out shouldn't be like working, it should be fun and after an hour at HIIT-it you will feel amazing!

My partner and I signed up for the intro class and when we arrived, the instructor told us the other participants had canceled and encouraged us to reschedule. He seemed reluctant to still teach the class and we ended up leaving after feeling pressured to reschedule. I know it would have been a small group, but it was frustrating to arrange our schedules and drive 20 minutes when they could have called us.

I’ve been a member of HIIT IT Pasadena for two years now and have throughly enjoyed the workouts and also the results I have seen from them. Huge difference in my cardio vascular health - that even my doctors gave me feedback on changes in my health. The workouts are all very challenging yet really fun and they vary the workouts throughout the week. The coaches/trainers are all very supportive to your fitness goals and are dedicated to helping you reach those goals - they also have classes on healthy nutrition. love both coach Ralph and coach Christian! Would definitely recommend

The first boutique fitness place where I've committed to a monthly membership instead of frequenting various spots.
Ralph is a class act. So patient, flexible, and helpful. Nice community as well.
Good value: opportunity to obtain a solid full-body workout (treadmill, free weights, kick-boxing, stretching) in an efficient amount of time. Easily accessible with lots of timing options.
Receiving the first class free was seamless for myself and also my friends. Volume is typical of boutique fitness classes in LA these days.

Recently went back to HIIT-IT, and wow! I forgot how great it is. The workout is still challenging, and definitely gets your heart rate up, but the music is exciting, the energy is contagious, and Ralph is motivating.
Similar to other high intensity workout classes, you rotate through different stages. Here at HIIT-IT, you do some treadmill (walking is an option), floor exercises with weights, and kickboxing.
There’s something cathartic about kicking and punching a bag. Great way to channel out some angst.
Like i said, class is challenging. But you will get through it. People are friendly and nice, and you get a sense of community and a sense of belonging.
Glad I came back. Will be back again.

There’s a magical trifecta at work here!
Something about the running/boxing/weight combination works - and it works fast!
Came to HIIT-it Pasadena and in just TWO weeks achieved my weight goals, strengthened my core, and improved my form. This after several years of not being able to move the needle, even though I was putting in all the effort.
It is the workout, but it’s also the delivery. Coach Ralph wants you to succeed! Intuitive, scaffolded instruction. Strong focus on form and mindset. Constant demos and correction. Helps you tailor intensity, if needed. Nutrition tips, if you want them.
You have to pay attention and put in the work, but if you do… you. will. get. SHREDDED.

The consistency is consistent …
•gains keep coming … 3” loss around the waist … sprinting faster each month
•class quality ALWAYS 100% - the music, the energy, the fire … all there, all the time
•but most of all, can’t say enough about the people, the people, the people …
Want to keep this a hidden gem, but end up telling everybody to go … because it’s just too good!

I've used ClassPass for years and HIIT-It is the first gym to get me to drop ClassPass and become a member. Every class is challenging, pushes me to new limits and works up a major sweat. Ralph is an excellent trainer who gives personalized guidance and motivation and truly wants you to meet your goals. Love the music and appreciate the cleanliness of the gym too!

Looking for a new class to shake up my workout routine. Signed up online and was down to try it out since it was advertised as the first class free. But as soon as I got there the instructor met me at door and told me they don't have a free first class and I can pay the $30 drop in fee so I left. Bummer I wasted my workout time. Leaving the screenshot of the website and review until they update.

I had an incredible experience at HIIT It Pasadena with Coach Ralph! The workout was definitely challenging, pushing me in all the right ways, but the intimate class setting made a huge difference. Unlike overcrowded gyms, this smaller group environment allowed Coach Ralph to keep a close eye on form, offering corrections and guidance that made me feel both safe and motivated. In a sea of mediocre gyms, bogus Insta/TikTok trainers, and fad-based fitness, HIIT-it Pasadena is grounded in getting you tangible results that require no filter! Daily workouts are challenging, but they also meet you where you are in your fitness journey. The combination of the treadmill, weights, and boxing targets your entire body. Coach Ralph is attentive and super intuitive. He knows when you are about to give up and will give you that extra push to help you reach the finish line. Don't sleep on this gem; shredded abs await!!! Lucky you if you find this place!

My favorite gym to workout in! The classes have a bit of everything, stretching, cardio, strength training, endurance and power. Everyday is different so you don't get bored with the classes. Ralph is an amazing instructor and really motivates you during the workout. He really cares about his clients achieving their fitness goals. Best gym you can find!!

These classes are great! Christian and Ralph are great and their different teaching styles are a nice compliment to each other. I’ve been coming for a few months and am so so happy I found them. I used to do individual boxing training prior to having a child. This class is so reminiscent of that and it’s affordable!
Now that I am 35 lb heavier and 5 years older my body is not so forgiving, but Ralph and Christian are. They’re very accommodating and supportive of me trying to get back in shape. So don’t be intimidated!
I found them after trying many workouts in the area through classpass. They stuck bc they’re
- affordable
- supportive
- clean and hygienic
- comfortable workout space

Hands down The Best Personal Trainers in Pasadena! I have worked out with Ralph and Julian for the last 10 years. There is nobody else I get a better sweat in with than, HIIT-it. I feel better afterwards too. Exercising with them feels more like I’m working out with some good friends rather than having a coach tell me what to do. They really set a fun and inviting atmosphere. Not to mention their fair and affordable pricing. If I had the choice to choose one gym in the world to work out in, it would be right there in the, 91105.
Thank you guys for getting me into the best shape of my life and continuing to be a lifelong inspiration!

HIIT-IT Pasadena is a beyond incredible gym. Coach Ralph and Coach Christian create intense and engaging workouts that keep you motivated and get you results! Hiit It Pasadena is a great place if you want to get sweat and burn calories. The class is divided by 3 sections with 2/3 of class are cardio ( treadmill & punching bag) and 1/3 of weight training (free weight lifting). Coach Ralph gives good motivation and very good music. A lot of parking and they are free. I would recommend Hiit It Pasadena to anyone.

If you're like me and find yourself on your phone between sets, only to leave the gym without a sweat knowing you could have done more - classes are the answer. I've been going to HIIT-IT Pasadena for almost 2 years now and keep going back for the fun community and workouts that hit every muscle group (while being yelled at to push myself)... The classes are high-energy and great for ALL ages and fitness levels. Everyone is different and this class is flexible to allow for modifications to the workouts. Ralph will help to correct your form to prevent injury or recommend alternative sets. This is a workout routine that is sustainable with short-burst cardio rather than high-impact, heavy weights or marathon strategies which are more prone to injury.

HIIT-Pasadena gym is totally being a bad neighbor by blasting their music and screaming into the mic all the time, even on weekends and early in the morning. It's important for businesses to think about how their actions affect the people around them, and this gym is totally not doing that.
Making a lot of noise can mess with people's health and wellbeing, especially if they live nearby. HIIT-Pasadena needs to be more considerate of their neighbors and turn down the volume on their music and mic use, especially during those early morning hours when people are trying to sleep in.
Basically, businesses need to be good neighbors and HIIT-Pasadena is not doing a great job of that right now.

Just finished my first class. Roman was super nice, showed me around and explained everything to me. Everyone working out felt down to earth, not a competitive or judgy vibe. Small gym which I liked - when my form needed adjustment the coach was able to catch it. I will be signing on for a membership.
