This studio is a hidden gem among a lot of over-hyped and fussy Marin fitness places. It has a welcoming, homey, community vibe and attracts a great mix of people. I especially love Martine's classes: she's a dynamic teacher who does equally well leading mindful practices as well as fiery flows. And they even have classes with live music!!

For anyone looking for a yoga space that feels authentic, inclusive, and deeply rooted in purpose, HomeStudio is a must-visit. Martine and has created something truly special—a place where movement meets mindfulness, and where every student is valued.
Jocelyn’s Wee Yogis integration adds another beautiful dimension to the business, ensuring that even the youngest members of the community have access to the transformative power of yoga. Through music, play, and age-appropriate mindfulness techniques, children learn how to connect with their breath, emotions, and bodies in a fun and engaging way. This partnership reflects a shared vision: making yoga accessible, meaningful, and joyful for all ages.

My absolute favorite yoga studio! The teachers here are truly fantastic (special shout out to Martine!), creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, you’re met with happy, uplifting vibes and a beautiful space that feels like a sanctuary. Every class leaves me feeling more centered, grounded, and in tune with myself. I especially appreciate the gentle reminders to honor my own rhythm and make the practice my own. The sense of community here is so special!

Sundays with Martine, accompanied by live music, have been outstanding. Martine's approach to yoga is intuitive and playful, making each sequence feel unique. The live score significantly enhances the overall atmosphere. Be sure to arrive a few minutes early to secure a sunny spot beneath the skylights for an even more delightful session.

I have been going to Home Yoga Studio since the day they opened. I love the variety of classes and teaching styles (for all levels and moods!) and the warm, welcoming community. After living in San Anselmo for two years, I feel more grounded and connected with my town and love seeing neighbors in class and also recognizing class participants around town!

Home Studio is an ideal studio for non-heated yoga practice. Super chill environment. Martine and the other instructors are well-educated and extremely compassionate.

Finally, a studio that cares about its community! Feeling so lucky to have Martine teaching in Marin - her classes in the city were always PACKED. She caters to our minds and bodies and I find it is so easy to get what I need that particular day out of any of her teachings - a slow, thoughtful easier practice or a sweat and get sore practice. She is literally THE BEST. Ive heard she has found an incredible team to teach the other classes...

I joined Home Studio when it opened after a very long hiatus from in person yoga. I was nervous. However, from the first class I felt supported and welcomed. The teachers are excellent. They each teach their classes with a loving kindness that meets each participant at the fitness level that they are at that moment. The classes are filled with all ages and abilities and you definitely feel as if you have joined a special community and are “home.” I am so happy that Home Studio has become such a valued part of our community.

Home Studio is an awesome yoga studio! I dropped in for a few classes while I was in town visiting friends and found that this studio is perfectly named because it really does feel like home. It's such a comfortable space -- not only is the studio itself light, airy, and pleasant, but the teachers are welcoming, inclusive, and inspiring. Martine, the owner, was very open and kind, and the other clients were incredibly warm and friendly, too! I appreciated that the class names and descriptions were very accurate, which helped me decide which classes to take (Mindful Flow was *amazing*). There were some classes I really wanted to try but will have to catch next time I'm in town (like Acoustic Sunrise and Soul Motion Sundays). I also love that Home Studio hosts WeeYogis for the kiddos and hope to bring my daughter for that in the future. I'll definitely be back -- if you're in San Anselmo and looking for a good studio, Home Studio is excellent!!

I’m really excited for Martine and Jocelyn and Home Yoga in San Anselmo! I love being able to bike to class and after doing yoga on Tunstead for 10 years, I am thrilled to continue to practice at this new studio with GREAT teachers. Martine teaches to the moment beautifully, take her class!!!
