Honor Barre is the best workout for me personally. I'm 56 and have scoliosis in my back and arthritis in my knees. Honor Barre is a great low impact cardio and strength training workout without compromising on form. It brings the best of ballet, pilates and yoga for an awesome workout and incredible results! I'm significantly fitter than when I was in college, this workout is a time machine for a youthful strong body.

Was in town for the weekend and did a drop in class. Alana was great! She was kind and welcoming, her class was the perfect mix of effort meets challenge! When traveling, itβs always intimidating heading to a new studio and Alana was super inclusive and really elevated the experience. Plus, she gives great breakfast recommendations! π€π

Makes you sweat and laugh, somehow all at the same time, which is clutch when the class gets featured on the gram! Lovely, exhausting, AND energizing way to start the day, thanks a million :)

This is a Barre studio on steroids: hard classes and great teachers. I particularly enjoy Sawako fusion classes but really all the teachers are good.

Truly part of my weekly routine to take classes here 3-5 days a week. Every instructor is warm, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about overall health and fitness. Could not live without this workout! Plus adding strength training twice a week is incredibly rewarding.

I really appreciate the positive energy of the instructors and the way they encourage class participants to meet the day doing what's best for their body. In addition to the regular class schedule, I've become a big fan of the Strength and Honor workshops. They are an amazing addition to the programs already offered at Honor Barre!!

When youβre busy, you want your sacred workout time to produce results. Dailey Method hits every muscle group, and the instructors provide individual attention to ensure alignment and form. The Dailey Method is the most efficient and effective (and fun!) workout β so much so that when Iβm doing other workouts and have non-Dailey instructors, I often think βwhy arenβt I just doing Dailey Method right now?!β Canβt recommend it highly enough!

Iβve been enjoying my classes at the Piedmont Ave. Dailey Method so much. I recently returned to the studio after a hiatus, and experienced the benefits of the workout quickly. Iβve discovered muscles I never thought I had, I feel stronger, and jeans that got too tight during the pandemic now fit again. The instructors are all so helpful and friendly. The classes are challenging in a good way; I never get bored because Iβm working so hard. I have tried other bar workouts in the past that were easier, but I didnβt get the same results. See you in class!

I love love love the Dailey Method studio in Piedmont! I initially took classes when I had my second child (around 15 years ago) and got in the best shape of my life. I got lazy and stopped attending classes, but picked it back up this year because I started having back pain and my PT said I needed to do a lot of core workouts. I love that the workouts are low impact and still kick my butt - I feel so strong after every class. I know it can feel intimidating to start a new workout routine, but I really recommend that you try out TDM - you won't regret it!

First time at this studio and it was great. The front desk staff was friendly and super helpful. The class was hard but the teacher was really good and gave options to make things easier or harder. Great low impact workout!

I haven't exercised regularly for some years. The Daily Method makes sense to me, but more importantly, my body. After the first class, I felt that wonderful sensation of worked muscles and soreness as the result of gentle and targeted movements. I love it!

Great instructors and classes (bar, interval, and spinong, also gentle classes for older people). Good environment.
Is little expensive, but it's what you pay in the Bay area.

Most difficult most rewarding most addicting most supportive most transformative most affirming and growth enhancing experience I've had/done for myself in years. And I was a yoga devotee for years. I seek out dailey method classes in other locations when I travel. Its pretty much the only exercise I do.

I have tried other Barre/Pilates classes in the area, and Dailey Method is by far my favorite! The staff is incredibly friendly and the facilities are cozy, organized and sunshiney. The instructors all have their different styles, but are consistent in their deep knowledge, positive energy, and willingness to be hands-on and constructive.
I look forward to making Dailey Method a habit!

They have a lot of classes offered throughout the day, I like the weekend morning classes. A great workout that pushes you to your limits. The results are very good also. The studio is modern, clean, and spacious. The instructors are really professional and help correct your form, if needed.

I am a die hard Dailey Method fan. This is a 1-hour 'bar method' class with a serious focus on your lower abs. You do a short warm up, some weighted arm exercises and then killer squats at the bar. Even after a year I can't go very low! Then you are challenged to some very unique abdominal work. For example, you lean against the wall with your legs in the air and pull your legs towards the wall using your abs. Over and over and over! Finally, I have to mention the 'low C curve' move mentioned by another reviewer. It's basically an extraordinarily difficult (but super effective) curl. You will feel this workout the next day--in a good way.
