I’ve taken reformer/mega former and lagree a good amount of times so I was excited to try this place that’s close by to my house since I typically tend to like studios that are in Deep South OC. However, I was so disappointed. I took an intermediate class here just now and it was extremely beginner and felt like we were just going over a basic Club Pilates class. It felt very copy and paste from a basic class and was not challenging at all. Won’t be coming back, would rather go elsewhere. It’s not bad but it’s not good.

I found Honor the Body Pilates on ClassPass. I was looking for a pilates studio near me. Once I got there I realized I had been to this studio before for a massage, which was also great! It is located at Aspire Wellness Studio, which is a cute spacious studio that offers pilates and massage, maybe yoga too? There is lots of parking and the teacher Jessica was great. The class size was small with 8 reformers; I think. Jessica corrected my form a few times which I appreciate. She seemed very kind and and was welcoming and didn't move too fast. I have done pilates 1 time before back in 2020 before the covid shut down and was excited to try it again. Their prices for their packages seem reasonable and I will probably buy a package once my Class Pass trial is up. I would definitely recommend this studio for reformer beginners. The class was all women except 1 male. 1 day after taking the class and I am SORE today... but it's a good sore, means you're working your body. For reference I am 45 and very out of shape but because pilates is low imapct it didn't hurt my joints! I will definitely be back!

I was very pleased with Honor the Body Pilates. Jess was so helpful and encouraging with any corrections/adjustments to form. While I’ve done Pilates before, I am still a beginner, and this was a great beginner-
friendly class!

Honor the Body Pilates is a gem! The instructors, Shellie and Jessica, are absolutely fantastic. They bring such expertise and energy to every class, making sure everyone feels comfortable and challenged, no matter their skill level. The classes truly cater to all levels, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced.

The gym itself is a peaceful and quiet space, perfect for focusing on your practice. Despite the calm atmosphere, the classes are so much fun—you’ll leave feeling both accomplished and refreshed.

If you’re looking for a welcoming, supportive place to improve your fitness and work with talented instructors, Honor the Body Pilates is the place to go!

At first, it was a bit tricky to find this place as it was tucked away in the corner of an office and industrial complex. However, once inside, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious, immaculate studio. The instructors are not only skilled but also very patient, offering clear, detailed guidance throughout each session. Every workout here leaves me feeling challenged and accomplished!

My boyfriend and I attended the beginner’s reformer class, which was an absolute blast! We not only had so much fun, but we also were more aware of our bodily movements during the session and had a good burn 🔥 I have done reformer Pilates in the past, but Jess really made me feel comfortable and took more time to explain the moves and why/how it works. Most other instructors I’ve seen have not been as informative or attentive as Jess. Although I do not live close by, I will definitely be coming back for future classes!

Jessica is my favorite Pilates instructor and I am SO happy she opened her own studio!! I’ve been taking pilates with her for quite a long time, and she does a great job at correcting your form and building your core strength. I’ve tried out a couple of different Pilates studios and instructors, and I like Jessica’s classes bc they are always consistent and challenging enough w a good mix of arm/ leg exercises, and you feel like you get a good workout in. Since starting Pilates, my posture has really improved and my arms and muscles have also gotten more toned/ in shape, and it’s actually fun. She’s so attentive to her students and makes sure that everyone is taken care of - genuinely the nicest person and the best teacher. Plus, the studio is pretty and super clean. If you are interested in Pilates, highly recommend giving her a try!!

I've done Pilates with Jessica a few times, and I’ve definitely felt more in tune with my body. Strengthening my core has really helped me with the bad posture and pain from sitting at a desk all day. I'm an avid cyclist and the stretches on the reformer have also really helped loosen up my tight quads and hamstrings. She’s great at keeping things clear and fun, and her classes are a good mix of challenging exercises and stretches.
