Teacher did not show up and class was canceled after we had been sitting in the room for 15 mins. A woman in the class said it was the 2nd time it had happened to her this week. Guessing this studio will not make it with such little regard for the time of its clients.

I’ve been going sculpt for 1.5 years and have gone to studios all over the state. Hot8 is hands down the best. Love this location and the energy the instructors bring to class!

I did the yoga sculpt class and think that it was an incredible workout. I walked out of the class feeling like I had undergone a detox...and I also felt 5 pounds lighter from all the sweating. I am not going to lie, it is HOT in the studio (it is the hottest yoga studio I have ever been in); however, instructors are very understanding and encourage breaks (in or out of the studio) if needed. There is also a wide variation of weight sizes you can use. The studio itself is large, clean, with good amenities. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful. I will be back again!

Please avoid this place at all costs, worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. AJ is extremely rude and demeaning to customers.

As a personal trainer and movement junkie, I've tried every class in town and Hot 8 is the only that has hooked me! The studio and facilities are immaculate and welcoming and the rooms are incredibly hot (many say they are, but are not) which adds to the challenge of the workouts. They are tough! Well sequenced with great flow and a great variety of classes and instructors with different teaching styles. Never planned on getting hooked, but I feel SO good after class that I'm on the unlimited monthly plan. It's something that I look forward to each time, and as I said, feel amazing after each class. Bravo Hot 8 Marina SF

Wow what a shame. I love Hot 8 Yoga in LA but this was the worst experience Ive had in my 15+ years of doing yoga which i never expected from hot 8

I arrive and immediately the woman at the front desk is trying to push a $300 package on me since she saw that i only purchased the one class. I get if you come somewhat frequently but ive come to this location one other time 8 months ago. Not a big deal but not the right energy and she was so obvious about only wanting $$

Then during the ‘Power’ class i sign up for we do about 8 minutes of standing balancing poses - barely anything ‘power’ about it. After that we immediately go into stretching for the rest of class. Bc im in the back of the room i decided to do a few poses that would build heat in my body- not just bc i signed up for a power class but bc my body cannot go into stretches without warming it up. Thats why vinyasa is structured the way it is. Its done for a reason - build heat, balance, stretching/winding down. Im too stiff and ive thrown my back out before doing deep stretches w/o any warm up. The instructor comes over in a very annoyed manner and i tell her i need to warm my body up. She then comes over again it an annoyed manner and says were doing ‘hamstrings’ this class- 1) if you are, clarify it on website or before. 2) no we obviously were not - weve been stretching the whole time aside from standing. She obviously doesnt even understand what poses in yoga focus on hamstrings. I was trying to diminish the distraction by being amenable and not telling her class is not even ‘power’. Its so unprofessional for a yoga teacher to draw the classes attention to someone that is trying to make the most out of a $40/class

I decide to leave 10 minutes early as im clearly uncomfortable. I go outside and ask the ladies if that was a power class or stretching? They say the latter and i say how odd the majority of it was stretching. Total silence. No attempt to clarify. Someone who just tried to sell me a $300 package of classes cant offer any clarification.

I ask as im coming out of locker room is that what all the power classes are as majority of it was stretching since i genuinely love hot 8 yoga but want to know what classes will best serve me. The same lady goes ‘Yeah we heard you the first time’. What the hell? I just spent $40 on a yoga class i didnt want to do, was scolded for doing poses that in any other studio would considered for a ‘power’ class and you cant give me any clarification?

Im honestly so disappointed with this studio. I loved hot 8 in LA but have never had an experience like this ever in yoga. Such bad vibes!

Obsessed! I came in as a student for my $38 week, loved the heat, vibe, and couldn't get enough! Heat is epic, teachers are fabulous (if I say so myself) and it's CLEAN, fun, positive....Give it a try, you won't be sorry!

I booked a class for 4:30 PM this Saturday, but after coming all the way through SF, I found the doors closed and no one at the reception. 😕
The posted hours also say they’re open until 5:45 PM today…

I’m obsessed with Hot8Yoga. The staff are the friendliest people ever. The studio is absolutely gorgeous, they offer amenities like eucalyptus towels and electroytes for after your work-out. I’m a fitness instructor at a neighboring location and I would say this is one of the best fitness studios in the Marina.

Sculpt class is the best I’ve ever taken! The room is hotter than normal which was hard at first, but after you get used to it I don’t think I could go back to a regularly heated class. The atmosphere at the marina location is so welcoming.

One of the best yoga studios with top teachers! Beautiful yoga studios with great bathrooms, showers, and amenities (no need to bring anything with you — mats, towels, shower things!) I have enjoyed every class I’ve done—teachers are the bomb! Ari, Binay, Sav, etc to name a few!) thank you Hot8Yoga!

Hot 8 Yoga has been my recent obsession! It took me a while to get used to the heat (most classes start at 90-105 degrees), but the more you do it the more you acclimate.Hot 8 Yoga's facilities are also super nice with showers, blowdryers, and a locker room. I have been loving the sculpt classes and barre classes. The studios are super nice with LED lighting and the instructors playlists are great. I highly recommend trying out a class!

I recently tried the Sculpt class at Hot 8 Yoga, and it was an amazing experience! The class combines yoga with strength training, and the heated room really amps up the intensity. The instructor was fantastic—super motivating, clear with instructions, which I really appreciated. The energy in the class was great, and I felt challenged but also supported throughout the whole session.

The studio itself is spotless, with plenty of space and all the amenities you need. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to mix yoga with some serious sculpting!

Best hot yoga studio in the Marina! Not only is it the hottest studio I’ve found, but it’s also absolutely beautiful and always super clean. They go above and beyond to create a great experience with thoughtful touches like eucalyptus cold towels and Himalayan sea salt shots that make every visit feel special. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, which adds to the overall vibe. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a top-notch yoga experience!

Hot8Yoga is my favorite yoga experience in LA! The instructors are all super nice and have great taste in music. Be forewarned that the temperature is hotter than most hot yoga studios. On the plus side this adds a level of intensity that most other yoga studios lack which I love

I went their opening weekend in Marina district of SF and did the first week for $38, and I’m hooked. The sculpting class is everything I’m looking for in a workout - mix of high and low intensity, weights (optional), non-rushed stretching segment before and after the workout, and a sauna-level sweat since it’s a heated class. There hasn’t been an issue finding an open locker for my belongings and it’s a convenient location for anything living Marina/cow hollow/pacific heights area.

I come from a strict 26x2 practice and I am glad they have these—they are why I signed up for the founders membership. But I must say I am learning to love all the classes. Power Fusion is great, Sculpt too, and Barre. The teachers are nice, high energy, and professional. The studio is very clean and elegant. I LOVE the cooling ceiling air fans in the dressing room—I dry off so much faster after a lovely shower. The staff isn’t just nice, they are also professional. Highly recommend.

A great addition to the neighborhood! I joined when they opened and have been pleased with the experience so far. The classes are VERY hot, but the instructors are all very kind and knowledgeable and are helpful in letting you know it takes a few classes to get used to the heat.

I like the hot power fusion the best so far - a nice blend of traditional yoga poses but without the constant chaturangas that would be really tough (for me at least) in the hot room. I find it challenging, but doable, and that’s all you can ask for in a steady workout.

The studio itself is very clean, and quite beautiful. The floors in the studio rooms are a breathable material that doesn’t get weird like some studios with carpet. Bathroom and shower spaces are sparkling. And the ice cold eucalyptus towels are the cherry on top. Happy so far and would recommend!

I came here for the sculpt workout, which was so intense. This was my first hot yoga class, although I had taken a hot pilates class before. The workout flowed at a good pace, and I pushed hard but didn’t overexert myself, so I was able to get through the workout, which felt super satisfying.

The facilities are new, contemporary, and spacious, so everything feels pretty clean, and one can get around without really getting in the way of others. I like the onsite showers and bathroom amenities, which include everything you need pre- and post-workout.

All the staff here were quite friendly, and I was given a quick tour before class since it was my first time. Overall I had a great experience, and I highly recommend booking a workout here.
