H.O.T Barbell Club is a 24/7, fully-equipped strongman and powerlifting gym.
Our community includes members starting their fitness journey and up to the elite level. H.O.T. Barbell Club is owned by Dr. Andrew Mock (Board certified Family, Preventive, and Lifestyle Medicine physician and professional middleweight strongman).
We offer 24/7 facility access for members, 1-on-1 personal training, group classes, and individualized programming and nutrition plans.
Day passes are available for guests by appointment or during hosted events.

Awesome gym. I train here when Iβm traveling to the area. Excellent variety of equipment for powerlifting, strongman, CrossFit, etc.
Easy parking, bathroom, and can access anytime with code. Close to highways. Great owner. Thanks and weβll be back soon!

I travel a lot for work and this is hands down one of the best gyms Iβve ever trained at. Great selection of equipment, all well maintained and a solid group of members that respect each other and keep the facility clean.

Got a workout in while I was in town for work, this place is wonderful. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, the other patrons introduced themselves and got to know me, and the atmosphere definitely kept me pumped up. 10/10 a diamond in the ruff

The H.O.T Barbell Club is the place to be if you're serious about getting strong. People of all fitness levels are welcome here and everyone is super supportive in helping you reach your goals. If you wanna place first at your next comp or just reach that next PR I would highly recommend their 1 on 1 training sessions or even ask about their personal programming.

After losing his senior year of football to the pandemic our son was worried about staying strong and being ready for college ball, his coach recommended Redlands Barbell and it instantly became his happy place! With the best selection of free weights and specialty machines and racks Redlands Barbell is for anyone serious about working out! The only negative part about going away to college for our son was having to take a break from his happy place but he promises to be back as soon as the season ends! Redlands Barbell is the number one weightlifting gym in So Cal without question!

I work out here regularly and i am being truthful when i say i love everything about this gym. First the equipment here for training strongman and powerlifting is unparalleled in this area. Second everyone who trains here is really nice it feels way different than a corporate gym. I have made a couple really good friendships here and look up to my friends here for motivation. Also the owner is always around and he is very helpful with form, diet advice, helping uou with your programming, or even high-end personal training sessions if thats your fortΓ©. If i havent said enuf good things the gym is not crowded ( the avergage amount of people here is maybe 3-4) so the epuipment it open for use and u dont have to wait. Overall, amazing workouts here every time the vibe is right to get down n make some gainz.
