I’ve taken about 6 classes, all with Danny. He’s awesome! Calling myself a beginner is generous. I’ve had to leave class early twice as I am working with some injuries. Both times Danny has been cool and reassuring, even though there is a disruption. In class his instruction is clear, calming and easy to follow. I find class to be incredibly challenging but plan to continue and hopefully improve. The studio is always clean and inviting. Go check this place out. The schedule is a bit limited, but if you can get into Danny’s class I know you will love it. Be prepared to sweat, it’s hot!

Ann Marie was incredible to work with from initial inquiry to day of events for our bachelorette party. She was so accommodating and offered a special combo of both trapeze yoga and pole dancing for our group of 9, even ordering additional equipment and moving their regular Saturday morning class time earlier to accommodate our groups availability. There were only 8 poles, but it worked out since one person had a hangover and decided to sit out and record everyone instead.

Other examples of how accommodating they were: I was able to suggest 3 songs that were incorporated into the playlist. There were two instructors and each adjusted for different skill and comfort levels in such a fun way. Not everyone knew to wear shorts and were slipping on poles In Leggings, but Ann Marie brought out some spare shorts in different sizes for the girls to wear.

Trapeze yoga was a fun way to refresh and start the day after a night out the day before.. at least one bridesmaid claims it “cured” a hangover headache but who knows! We had a blast and they went the extra mile to make it feel special. The bride cited the trapeze yoga and pole dancing class as the highlight of the trip!

I don’t understand how this studio isn’t completely packed for every class. Every teacher is amazing. The classes are challenging but fun. The studio is clean but comfortable. Somehow the hot studio smells good? Just sign up!!!

Unprofessional Management and Disorganized Promotions

I experienced significant issues with the studio's management, specifically with the owner's unprofessional conduct and disorganized handling of class specials and packages. The owner often changed the terms of deals after purchase, leading to confusion and frustration. On one occasion, at 10pm on a weekday, I was wrongly accused of attending classes without payment, received aggressive messages , and given a payment for a nonexistent balance.

The confusion began with a summer special offer, which was prematurely terminated and incorrectly billed as a glitch. Despite initially agreeing to honor the deal, the owner later reneged, causing further inconvenience. Similar issues arose with a Christmas special, where the terms were changed after I had already signed up for classes.

Additionally, the studio frequently cancels classes. Despite the instructors being pleasant, the overall management and organization of the studio are severely lacking, leading to a disappointing experience.

My favorite yoga studio in Palm Springs. They offer great yoga and Pilates classes in a heated room. Unlike other studios, the room is properly heated. Gisele and Danny are wonderful teachers. The owner, Annmarie promptly responds to emails and goes out of your way to make sure clients are satisfied. There’s plenty of parking right in front of the building and they also have showers. The entire place is extremely clean. I always look forward to taking a class there when I’m in town.

I love this studio! I moved to Palm Springs permanently recently and am so happy to have found Hot Yoga Plus. I need a hot room in my practice, and its really great to have the variety of the Hot Pilates as well as the Bikram sequence. Adding the Inferno Hot Pilates to my routine for the first time has really been a game-changer and I’ve probably lost another 10lbs and feel more toned by incorporating the variety. highly recommend!

I had been wanting to take pole dancing lessons forever and finally found this studio! I started back in February and have been doing it for 6 months. Super fun studio! I’m in love! I’m in town for a few weeks and was taken here for the pole class. Let me just say Annmarie and the staff of this place make you feel so empowered even if you are new. They take time to notice and make it so much fun! Got the 15 day pass and have been hitting the Hot 60 yoga class every morning and feeling amazing.
Despite the fact that while in the pole class I sounded like a pair of sneakers on a freshly waxed gym floor due to the rubbing my my mid 30’s mom thighs on the pole I never felt more empowered in an exercise class!

Great Bikram studio teaching traditional 90 and the 60 class. I love the new rubber floors in the studio and the traditional Bikram class style. The pole dancing class is exotic and offers a place for bold guys to express their inner lion in a new form. It was surprisingly sensual.

One of the best experiences in Palm Springs! Chelsea and Annmarie were so accommodating. Annmarie worked with me in between stretches of no signal while I was hiking in Joshua Tree to get this booked. She and Chelsea made the experience so fun and memorable for our bachelorette party. Great workout and just a blast. You can just tell all the staff really love what they do. Would highly recommend and would certainly do it again!

We came as a bachelorette party and they provided champagne and food and taught us some amazing moves. They were extremely accommodating, sweet and helpful. It’s been wonderful to come back to indoor classes at one of my favorite yoga studios. Annmarie has built a beautiful spacious studio with wonderful amenities, layout and design, and a great view from one of the two classrooms. I’m originally a Bikram yogi, so I love the hot classes, but it’s been fun to explore other offerings such as trapeze, yin, and possibly my new obsession, pole! I just finished my second pole fitness class and it’s seriously the most fun whole body workout I’ve had.

Due to my friends recommendation, I decided to try out this dingy curb side monstrosity. Worst gamble of my life. Not only was the Owner clearly inept and rude, but the instructor seemed frankly inebriated. The classes themselves were disorganized and the establishment smelled heavily of cheap perfume.

I have never in my life felt so compelled to warn others of a venue. Live and let live, I say. But this experience was far beyond what I can tolerate.

Would never ever recommend to a friend. I'd sooner dine at an Arby's.

In all my years of doing yoga I think this was the worst studio I've visited. You have to pay for a towel mat that smells like mold, the owner/instructor was so rude and disorganized and she started the class late. The moves were very rudimentary and I was more stressed leaving than I was when I arrived. I expected more and was horribly disappointed. Should they hire real instructors with talent and poise, and maybe a proper cleaning crew, I may think about returning.

I checked out literally every yoga studio in Palm Springs searching for a space to reconnect with my practice. I spent years taking yoga classes in LA, I'm so grateful to have found this place.

It's a new studio, spa fresh, with comfortable yoga studios. There's a friendly vibe and the staff is focused on everyone experiencing the best yoga class every time. Instructors are top notch, very impressive.

A few of my favorite things, even better than LA, the space & studios are super clean and well maintained. Reminds me of Equinox in LA, even the mirrors are sparkling. Especially in hot yoga studios, so important.

The owner, Annemarie, is wonderful.
The instructors are mindful and personable, with really friendly desert students.
They also have vinyasa, trapeze and Yin classes, I like having multiple times & options.

Prices are reasonable, especially with mini-spa like womens/mens changing rooms, steam room + showers.
