Great instructors at an amazing price! The monthly rate is incredible if you can attend even 3/week. If you can make 5/week the price is unbelievably cheap per class!

I love and highly recommend the hot yoga classes at Toadal Fitness! Matt has gathered an amazing group of instructors with various teaching methods, and they are all excellent! From intense and challenging Vinyasa, a condensed Hot 26, to relaxed Vinyasa- you'll find something just right for you. I love the variety!

Thank you again, Toadal fitness, for offering the whole package--childcare, fitness, and now hot yoga all in one place for such a reasonable price. I have been doing yoga in a hot room for years and this is the best I've experienced. The teachers are all different and wonderful. I walk out feeling stretched, workout, and rebalanced. It is also an encouraging, supportive, non-competitive community where you can be on your mat doing what YOUR body needs.

Santa Cruz gem right here. Matt has created a beautiful space for practicing hot yoga. An incredibly beneficial healing and detoxifying modality, both mentally and physically. The space is welcoming and accessible to yogis and non-yogis alike. Matt is genuine in his approach, bringing true authenticity and wisdom to his practice. I so appreciate what he has brought to Toadal Fitness, we're so fortunate to have this unique offering here!

I practice hot yoga on weekday mornings and love it. Just entering the hot yoga room makes me feel peaceful. The teachers each have unique flows and I appreciate them all. I’ve made friends with people who also regularly attend classes. It feels great to sweat and practice yoga together.

I give thanks for this place. A sanctuary in the middle of a big gym. I used to avoid hot yoga, but gave this one a try, and I love it. The difference is the humidity, which has helped my asthma tremendously. I don't use my inhaler anymore, because I spend time deep breathing this warm humid air 3-4x/week.
Big gratitude for Matt, the teacher who is making this happen. A kind and generous soul.

He really inspires you to do well in class with your posture and breathing, and he helps you relax your body and your mind. He also cares very much about what he does which is rare nowadays, strongly recommend his class! Julie
