Emotionally, it was a detox. Every drop of sweat felt like it was carrying away stress, tension, and anything I no longer needed. By the end, I felt lighter, stronger, and more at peace. This wasn’t just a workout; it was self-care on the deepest level.

I have been attending Candlelight Flow Yoga classes @ Hotsource for the past 4 months. I go 3 nights a week. It's been fantastic for my strength, balance, posture and flexibility. A side bonus, the sweat is the best thing ever for your skin. My skin has gotten so soft.

The combination of the heat, the sweat, the stretching, the positions and the candlelight creates a unique environment that benefits both the mind and body...dare I say soul?

It's not easy. It's hot and it's a workout. But, the results are well worth it. I am getting better at the poses (asanas) and that in itself is rewarding. If you are considering, I strongly recommend you give it a try!

The reception area, studio and locker rooms are all very nice and clean. The gals at the reception desk are so very sweet and welcoming. The instructors are all great. They make you feel welcome no matter what level 'yogi' you are at---beginner (me) to advanced (amazing)

Special shout-out to Miss Hailey Lewis. She's an amazing young lady who transforms into an incredibly powerful yoga instructor right before your eyes.

I love the beautiful space created at Hotsource. The staff is very helpful and they keep the place CLEAN (very important to me for hot yoga). All the classes are beyond top notch. I ask A LOT of questions and I am made to feel respected, comfortable and encouraged.

You will feel amazing, happy with life, your skin will glow, and it's a fun way to stay fit!

Nicole's classes will destroy you in a good way, then she will teach you some life lesson in the process. It's quite a fun concept.

I would recommend any class here, they are worth the premium$. The month membership is really a great deal!

Nicole and the instructors of this space have transformed me. My heart explodes when I walk through that door and see their faces. Everyone is so warm and loving. I love the community and culture that Nicole has built. As a fellow business owner in Santa Cruz, I go to class to clear my head and heart and get back to me. There's been so many life lessons learned, tears, sweat, you name it. Nicole and her team are gem of human beings and they will never know how much they have helped me through this year. I seriously cannot imagine my life without HYA. I also owe all of this to a close friend who would not stop raving about HYA. I was hesitant given I had had bad experiences in the past with other studios, but HYA is seriously top notch and you will not regret going. Just commit and do it!!

The studio is absolutely beautiful. When you walk through the door, the colors and decor put you in a calming state.
All the teachers there are great, and the owner, Nicole, is amazing! There is a class for everyone, and modifying is encouraged for someone who is just starting out, or has limitations.
I highly recommend this studio for everyone, young and old.
