This establishment did not meet my standards for the price, and the overall experience from the start when signing up was incredibly frustrating. From the outset, finding parking was a significant challenge, adding unnecessary stress before even entering the premises. The saunas alway's dirty not truly cleaned or disinfected daily was gross. However, the most egregious issue lies with their cancellation policy. Unlike other places that offer flexible cancellation options, this business FORCES you to continue your membership for another two months after initiating a cancellation. This means that even if you cancel, you're still obligated to pay for those additional two months, in one lump sum payment.

For example, my husband and I are moving away and will not be able to attend, yet we are still being forced to pay over $207 each today in order to cancel, all in one immediate payment, for a membership we won't even be using. When I relayed this situation to a staff member, they were incredibly passive, sarcastic if I was moving to "Texas" ...she was dismissive, constantly trying to find ways to justify their policy and push for us to remain registered, rather than offering any understanding or solutions. BE WARNED: if you register here, you must be prepared to give a 60-day notice and pay for those two additional months, plus the current month's fee, just to cancel your membership. This predatory cancellation policy is a major deterrent and a significant financial burden for those who need to end their membership early.

HOTWORX Chula Vista is my go to place whenever I feel stressed or anxious. It’s been a year since I joined, and I truly feel amazing. While I still have moments of anxiety, this place has genuinely changed my life. The staff always greet me by name and make me feel so welcome every time I come in. HOTWORX CV has been life changing for me. I haven’t been able to create a routine with my workouts in years but this has worked for me! I’ve been going to Hotworx for a couple of months now, and I’m honestly impressed. As a guy, I wasn’t sure what to expect with infrared workouts, but they’ve completely changed the game for me. The heat adds an intense but energizing twist to every session—especially the isometric workouts and HIIT. I’ve noticed faster recovery and better muscle definition since starting.

The 24/7 access is a huge plus. I can go after work or early in the morning without fighting crowds. The studio is always clean, the equipment is high quality, and the virtual instructors keep things engaging.

I love Hotworx. I come 5-6 days of the week. And take multiple sessions a day! Definitely addicting and beneficial. The staff is welcoming and so helpful. The rewards and monthly incentives are so fun to work towards in your calorie burn.
