I signed up 6+ months ago and liked this place. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and they did not cancel my membership when I tried to on phone

I then sent email and no response and said I have to come in person but I moved states and traveling international.

I wish there was more locations. This place is great. The sauna workouts are private and very effective. This is one of the cleanest locations I have been to.

Great gym. From the moment you walk in you will notice the well kept and clean environment. Working out there is always something I look forward to each day. If you are looking for a gym that is in tip top shape that will challenge you for results, look no further. The staff there is also very nice and pleasant to chat with. 5/5 from me.

Just signed at this newest location. I always use the Hot Cycle and highly recommend this location. Clean. Lisa is warm and welcoming when I come in for my workouts. She's always cleaning, so I can't hardly thank her for her great customer service. I recommend you ask for Lisa if you'd like a free session and possible membership. Thanks, Lisa!

I visited the EASTVALE CA studio on 10/16. I met with Lisa is one of their HOTWORX staff. I got to try a 30 min HOT STRETCH in one of their Infrared Saunas. Shout out to the instructor on the TV monitor inside the HOT STRETCH sauna. The instructor exceeded my expectations and was AMAZING!! She was super knowledgeable in muscle categories showing multiple fitness levels in case you are a beginner. Additionally there are many workout options/levels to help their members and guests decide where they belong in their personal fitness journey. HOTWORX has a really nice free weight area that includes other misc gym equipment. The studio was very clean and to me it smelled like aromatherapy inside. I am not sure if this was their cleaning products but the pleasant smell served well and added to the overall experience. Also offered are misc items to purchase in case you ever forget anything. Members have 24 hour access as another flexible option. Lisa did an EXCELLENT job covering all topics regarding the use of the facility both during and after hours, membership levels, age requirements and other safety and sanitary studio protocols. HOTWORX is for men and women. I really love this concept and have never heard of if before this visit. I signed up and cannot wait to visit again!!! THANK YOU HOTWORK….THANK YOU to the HOT STRETCH instructor on the TV monitor….and THANK YOU to LISA the HW staff for being extremely knowledgeable and making me feel so comfortable.
