As a bigger girl, I’ve always had a hard time finding a place that truly fits my needs. Being a woman, sometimes it’s tough walking into a gym — even if no one is actually judging you, that feeling of being looked at can be enough to make you not want to go. That’s why I love Hotworx.

Here, I can work out on my own schedule, most of the time completely by myself in the sauna. It’s open 24/7, so I can go when it works best for me and not feel rushed or uncomfortable. This is honestly the first fitness routine I’ve been able to stick with, and I’m already seeing results! The staff is so lovely and helpful — they really make you feel supported and welcomed.

If you’ve been nervous about starting somewhere new, especially if you’re not the “typical gym person,” give Hotworx a try. It’s been such a game changer for me.

The equipment is great and facility is clean. The management and billing is an absolute nightmare. I canceled my membership March 13 of 2024 and was told since I'm within the 90 day I'll get charged for remaining 60 days which I was okay with. However it's November and I'm still getting charged every month. No response from management everytime I reach out. These guys will scam you out of your money if you decide to cancel. Would not recommend signing up, very unprofessional.

I am a doctor in the area, and I attend HOTWORX classes regularly. I appreciate the flexibility and variety of the classes offered and it allows me to be able to keep active but have time to see patients in my work day. I recommend the infrared sauna use to my patients regularly for reducing inflammation and increasing circulation in the body, and I have enjoyed seeing these benefits in myself. I recommend this gym for those who need more of a flexible workout schedule in their life!

I was searching initially for local hot yoga to work out some stiffness and mobility issues that come from weight lifting. None of the local hot yoga studios had time slots that would work for me, and only had prices i didn’t care for.

I stumbled across HOTWORX via targeted Facebook ad and decided to check it out. At my initial appointment Monica was very helpful and recommended a few classes she thought might help. In the 4 months or that I have been heeding her advice I have experienced quite a bit of relief.

Also as someone who doesn’t sweat easily I have found the cardio classes a game changer. When I happen to have free time, I check the app out for availability and book a few sessions. Head in, get that heart rate up and sweat like never before. Head home and sleep like a rock.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for an addition to their existing fitness routine.

One of my most favorite places to come and workout or relax. From either Hot cycling to finding balance🧘🏻‍♀️ on the Mat.
It’s a place I come to getaway from the busy gyms.
Working out at HOTWORX allows me to have a little bit of privacy during my workouts since I sometimes get lucky and get a whole sauna to myself.
The place is kept cleaned never have issues with that.
The staff is great!,
Monica is always so friendly and welcoming every time I walk in.
Matthew is awesome 👏🏼 always helping me with my workouts! He is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I been coming to this gym almost 3months, I really love this place. Especially if you have joint problems or any kind of pain this place is best place to workout. I tell my friends and family all the time I love working out at HOTWORX. Matthew and Monica always so helpful.

If you’re someone who’s not a fan of traditional gyms but still want to work out, definitely check out Hot Worx. I love that it’s 24 hours, not busy, and you get more out of your workout from exercising in a sauna. My favorite is going at hours where no one is there and I get the entire gym to myself. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful! Compared to past experiences with traditional gyms, I can confidently say hot worx better suits my needs.

Beware of their business practices. They represented their membership as a simple month to month easy cancellation if needed. I joined and realized that the rooms are very small and allow for 3 people in them at one time. With two people it seems very tight however tolerable, not preferred but tolerably. My schedule did not permit me to use the facility enough to continue. I tried for a week to contact by phone only to leave messages I went by three different times in a week and this place is not attended . I used an old text message they sent me to get me in and finally someone responded and provided me an email address. I was given a menu of cancellation options that all favored the companies further ability to continue to charge me. After several emails over a period of days after multiple requests to show me where their outrageous cancellation policy was provided to me they responded stating they had nothing in writing not even my membership agreement. The manager had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to comply with their policy in good faith or bypass it although he had no idea if it was ever presented . I paid through the month of June however because I canceled they canceled me immediately not allowing me to use the rest of the time so had already paid for. This is their practice. I would never do business here I would be very careful and get a copy of their policy and ask for the details at time of joining. This is a business that has no oversight, poor management, poor leadership, a complete lack of structure. You can’t open a business and hope it runs itself. I was told the employee that signed me up was no longer employed. Beware get clarity and a copy of any thing you sign . I’m my case I never signed anything…

Heard about this gym from a friend of mine. Coming in the energy that I was greeted with was very positive and encouraging. Matthew was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He was very informative, I learned a lot of the benefits of the infrared sauna's and accountability that the gym offers for its members. If you haven't already speak to Matthew and sign up ASAP!

I’ve been coming here for the past couple weeks and absolutely have been loving it! Matthew is the best, always so welcoming whenever I come in and helps push me in my fitness journey. The classes are amazing, love how there’s a variety of classes to choose from and love how I’m able to get such a good workout in a short time period. And it’s super convenient with the 24/7 access. Definitely would recommend for everyone to give it a try.

I never leave reviews, but I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a year now I only used it once and they continue to charge my card I’ve called and spoke to someone as well as left voicemails , every time I come in the front desk is not staffed as advertised . Very frustrating -

Love this place! It's unfortunate to read about any negative reviews because I have only had a positive experience here. The staff are really sweet and the manager is so professional and knowledgeable. A friend of mine who lives in Palm Beach recommended I look for a HOTWORX in my area. This location is the closest to my house. Even though it's a 20–25 minute drive it's worth it! I've done tons of workouts in my life and this is by far my favorite because of the combination of exercise and the infrared sauna. It's so unique and I really feel the benefits right away. I love that I push myself in the cardio workouts, more so than just cycling at home on my Peloton or in a cycling studio because of the heat. I have increased my flexibility and stamina from the yoga and Pilates workouts. There are so many different saunas to choose from that are each running different workout programs so there is lots of variety. The people that work there are also trainers so when I feel like doing weights they give me challenging routines. There are also videos running 24/7, so even if no one is around I just follow the routines suggested on the TVs. Highly recommend this business! It's only $89 per month for unlimited visits which is about $20 a week. I come 3 times a week so it's basically $7 dollars a visit. I need to bring my husband!

Worst experience with a manager and a business that we have ever had. The manager Matthew was extremely rude and actually hung up on me and then processed to call back multiple times, as well as raised his voice and yelled at me and decided to tell me that I "couldn't listen correctly". He refused to hear me and out and listen and proceeded to yell and not even let me speak and get a word out. I stopped all business here and would NEVER come back. I tried talking to the owner of this business and I was refused on multiple occasions to be able to talk to the owner. No one wants to help at all! Go else where with your business!

My partner took me to try Hotworx and I ended up loving it and signed up. REALLY convenient, you get a quick in and out hot workout. Lots of sweat detox. I go during normal work hours or late and at such times you can follow the scripted routines or setup your own. It's very Korean style, access is 24 hours you just key in.

It was supposed to be a place I could have some me time but instead I was bullied by a huge woman the size of a giant and was pretty much pushed out of my sauna room with no staff there to help I felt so uncomfortable and so violated as I was still working out and this big woman came in and stared me up and down and gave me the look of death I was terrified and never wanted to go back. Spoke to manager but it was never made right and on top of that after canceling they still was charging me 86-156 a month and I spent over 1000 dollars for 3 works outs. Of 15-30 min and the other think is the rooms smell very bad if you have to go in after another person was working out it would smell super bad. I’m still kicking myself in the you know what for deciding to come to this nightmare of a business.

Love this place. They have a variety of classes and you can go at ANYTIME. It’s open 24 hours, works great with my busy work schedule. The manager Tyrone is awesome ! Always very friendly and willing to help with anything including some free weight workouts 🙂

I went to Elk Grove Hotworx with my girlfriend to try it out for the first time. I am hooked! Great facility, excellent cardio, quick in and out, great people. I felt very taken care of and excited to go back!
