During my first visit to the Fresno location for an orientation, the staff members working at the time were very unhelpful and did not provide the necessary guidance regarding how to use the studio, adjust the temperature, or rent a mat. Not only that, but before I was going through my "orientation" (if you can call it that) the two employees were debating about "who should do it" while one sat and worked at her personal computer. I was never even greeted once. The girl who did decide to "help me" only mentioned how to use the app (within a minute when the orientation is 15 minutes), but failed to walk me through the studio's features or ensure I was properly oriented. Additionally, after signing in, the staff member left the premises before 8 p.m., leaving my guest and me to leave the studio after hours. It wasn't until a couple sessions on my own that you can lower/higher the volume in the saunas, a shower, and that the app lets you view the same videos played in the saunas.

Her unwillingness to show me the features that HOTWORX had to offer left me with a bad taste in my mouth, prompting me to go to the Willow station (which has it's own set of rude employees saying they will "kick us out" at 8:00 pm closing time if you and a guest are present, despite you being a paying premium member and signing in prior).

I visited this location while in Fresno for work. This location is as wonderful as my home location. It is clean, and Faith provided excellent customer service. She was helpful, service oriented and very polite when I interacted with her. I really enjoyed the 5 days I used this location and plan to return whenever I’m in town for work. 100% recommend this location.

I think for the price that you’re paying, the staff should be friendlier. This doesn’t apply to every employee, but something to consider. Other than that, the facility itself is nice.

This is the third HotWorx location that I've visited. After my last bad experience in San Antonio I was a little apprehensive. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. This location rivals my home location. It is spotless, all equipment is in working order, but most importantly, the employees were the best! I really enjoyed the two days I used this location and would return. 100% recommend.

Its a fun gym. Saunas are the theme here. Virtual workouts make reservations and go through a class. Classes are every 15 or 30 min. Open gym with dumbells and kettlebells. Lots of things for sale from supplements to their heat inducing cream and yoga mats and towels. Must purchase their gym towels and mats only or you can rent one.
