Go to John for your membership sign-ups! there's plenty of parking in the daytime & there's parking in the back as well & the layout of the saunas are great compared to other Hotworx locations that are mostly just a straight alignment. Love coming here, feeling good, and detoxing! You can do a workout or just lay there if you really don't feel like working out. It all feels great, you just have to listen to your body. I love the flexibility of book ahead or even last minute based on my schedule. Lo has always been friendly and helpful through my year here at Hotworx. Anytime I need assistance, she is there to help!

This HotWorx has the most friendly employees & I always appreciate it so much! John put together my husband's membership & was super helpful & kind! My husband & I greatly appreciated it. HotWorx has become a place of peace & sanctuary for me & I'm grateful I get to share it with my husband for the family rate! Thank you John!

This location in particular is very nice. I've been to a handful of them, but this one has vaulted ceilings & feels larger than many of them. For anyone new that's looking for confirmation, yes, HotWorx locations all have at least one shower & you can rent a locker & equipment from the vending machines! All the locations I've been to have a grip of weight equipment so this is not just for women! My husband is eager to get on the rower & the cycle, which I also adore.

My wife has had a membership here for over a year. A few months ago she changed her workouts and started going to LA fitness. She cancelled her membership in person as they requested and has made several calls since they continue to charge our credit card. It has gotten to the point today that we had to call our credit card company to dispute and stop all future payments.

Scam and illegal business practices!

My wife has had a membership here for about a year. She has not used the facilities for the last few months. We stopped by to cancel her monthly membership, and was told that we would have to pay two additional months in order to cancel her membership.

This is an absolutely absurd policy, and is contrary to California law, which states that you may not charge for services unrendered. I can envision a class-action lawsuit coming their way, and we will be happy to participate. We will share this experience with everyone in the Fullerton community.

Been coming here for 3 weeks bow and has changed my life! Stress levels have gone down, VO2, resting HR, and sleep has improved ( per fitbit stats) I am loving it and the convenience of going whenever I want. Gym is clean, maintained well, with smiles. Lo is friendly and welcoming. Planning to continue this journey. Sooo grateful for this place 🙏 💛🔥

This is an amazing gym!! I don’t know how we didn’t come across it before. We look forward to going because it’s absolutely perfect!! You’re not running into sweaty people everywhere! I’m able to reserve my equipment and/or sauna ISO workouts before I get there so I don’t waste time waiting for machines! It’s kept super clean! It’s accessible whenever I need it!! Love the staff! The concept makes sense. I do not sweat easily and sweating is necessary for maximum output. We can reserve our own booth for up to 90 minutes and sweat with or without working out.

I went in for a free trial workout. The associate that helped me was Ivan. He was really great, and did an amazing job of explaining the technology, the tools, and why the workouts were so good! He then set me up to do one of the workouts and I really liked it! It was really hard, but it felt like I got a good workout in a short amount of time. he then explain to me all the plan options, and incentives. I didn’t end up joining, but he was such a great associate that in the future I may be back. Thank you Ivan.

I really enjoy coming here since they opened in June. You can adjust the temperature of the sauna rooms so if you don't like it very hot you can just turn it down. The app is really easy to use for booking appointments and they are open 24 hours. You can unlock the door using an app when there is no staff there. Very clean and friendly staff. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to try something new and fun. Having a virtual instructor allows you to go at your own pace but offers a challenge if you're up for it.

This gym is hot 🔥 it opened in June & we have been going since then consistently 4-5 days a week! Get your sweat on in the awesome hot 🔥 infrared saunas.
