HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that provides members with access to a variety of virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts. I can’t seem to catch the staff so I can sign up. I call and go during “staffed hours” and never seem to catch anyone there.

Edit: they answered and explained that they are understaffed currently. Customer service seems great so far.
