Staff goes above and beyond at this location! The owners make sure the studios are kept clean and in pristine condition. They have a variety of classes for everyone, and the equipment is always open and available! There’s even a shower for post workout use! I highly recommend this hotworx location over others!

I love going to HOTWORX. The sauna gets my body warm and loosened up for my workout. My favorite thing about working out here is that I can get a really good workout in a short amount of time. They have plenty of classes to meet everyone's needs no matter what they are. Plus they have an open area to do other exercises and they also have free weights. The staff is friendly and helpful. They keep the gym very clean and it's open 24 hrs so no excuses about not having the time to go.

Hotworx at Five Points HB is the best!! I usually get bored of the gym after a while but I’m hooked on HOTWORX. It works so well for me.

Also the management at this location is incredible. The saunas and equipment are always so clean and I never leave the gym feeling gross. Also they keep on top of maintenance well here. So thankful for HOTWORX HB!!

Checked this place out because I wanted to ease myself back into working out after years of not being active. Fast forward 7 months later, I’ve lost 18lbs, I have more energy, I feel stronger & it has improved my mental health. My friends and family have noticed a significant change in me and it’s all thanks to Hotworx. Lastly, it’s also a very positive environment. I can't say enough great things about HOTWORX HB. This infrared studio has totally transformed how I feel after workouts. I practice hot yoga, BUT the infrared heat has been a game changer. I leave the studio dripping in sweat, detoxed and recharged.

I love that I can walk in 24/7 and get a workout that makes me feel refreshed and energized in as little as 15 minutes.

Todd and Nancy are amazing owners. They go above and beyond to keep the workout studio spotless. They are personable and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They are extremely generous to the community by donating gift baskets to support many local causes.

Besides a great workout, the HB HOTWORX community is like no other. It is a mainstay in my workout routine. Make HOTWORX part of your wellness ritual, you're going to love working out here.

As a doctor, I cannot recommend this workout enough! Infrared saunas are one of the BEST things for your body. I LOVE Hotworx and their mission. Todd and Nancy are fabulous are have created such an incredible community gym environment. I look forward to going everyday and highly recommend it to my patients, friends and family!

Hotworx 💥 I love this place! I've been coming for 3 weeks now.....lost 15 lbs + 3 inches!🤗 I'm a busy professional and time is limited for me. I'm there for about 45 min, and I can feel the boost in metabolic burn for a couple hours after. I sleep so much better, feel super calm, and of course, thrilled about the shifts in my body! Todd and Nancy helped get me going and are great answering all my questions as well as offering suggestions for what I'm trying to accomplish with my workouts. The place is absolutely spotless, easy to access(open 24 hours!), reasonably priced. If you are ready to be serious about your body and finally get the results you are looking for, then Hotworx is your place! Call them for a tour & get the info, then go after your health goals!!

I have been looking for a way to mix up my workout and this place is amazing. I Hate crowded gyms and I don’t like big group workout sessions.
