Even on my hard days, showing up to stretch or lay down to unwind in their yoga/barre/pilates class would help my inflammation so much. I've been going here for about 2 months now, and I waited to leave a review because I wanted to make sure I really liked it and it wasn't just a good first day kind of thing. I cannot say enough great things about Hotworx Gym in La Verne! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported, especially thanks to Miranda who was at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond.
I felt super welcomed, Miranda was seriously the sweetest! So helpful, kind, and just all around awesome. She took the time to show me around, explain everything, and made me feel way more comfortable (I was honestly kinda nervous walking in). Her energy is so positive and encouraging, it really made the whole experience better.

The gym is always super clean and has a really good vibe, it just feels nice to be there. I love the saunas, they're always clean and I am seeing so much progress. The weight training area in the back is perfect when I want to focus and lift without a crowd. Plus, the vending machine has honestly saved me so many times when I forget my electrolytes or need a quick boost. It's just one of those places that has everything you need without being overwhelming.

When I first signed up for a membership here I had my skepticism over what infrared training would do for me, but I thought, worst case, it’s great to have access to a 24 hour sauna at a non-big box gym. Now, a year later, Hotworx has become my consistent fitness home away from home. My skin is consistently glowing, the aches and soreness I get from cross training seem to recover faster, and I’ve become more lean, flexible and toned than I’ve ever been. The feeling you get post workout here is divine and has to be experienced to be believed. I’m so glad I made the decision to sign up.

When I joined it worked out great. People very nice but realized about 2 months into my signing up I talked to the owner and let her know that I needed to cancel the membership because i’ve only used it maybe a handful of times in the last two months. She talked me into keeping it but putting it on pause at $10 a month. I agreed and I did that for maybe three months and then I called her and told her you know what I don’t think it was a good idea. I’m just gonna go ahead and cancel. Then she changes everything and says oh I can’t cancel. I have to pay the membership amount of $89 for two months in a row then I can cancel. So I agreed and I paid the payment for two months when I came in she talked to me about holding onto it cause my membership was cheap. I put it on hold for one more month called her up and said you know what I did that because you asked me to, and I really want to cancel The membership.
She is now saying that I have to pay two months again before I can cancel. She’s making it very difficult. I believe her name is Sophie. I sent in a cancellation letter and now she’s charging another $99. It’s ridiculous if you try to do it you’ll never get out of it.

I block the number and now I get bot messages from here asking me to sign up w no CANCEL BUTTON. DONT SIGN UP. Simply AMAZING! | always wanted to workout inside a sauna and finally saw one so close by, but I was still hesitant since I wasn't sure if I can fully commit to it with my work schedule and the kids). I came in 3 weeks ago to try it out and immediately greeted by the sweetest staff Emily, she gave me a tour and I got to try out 1 class and let me tell you, it didn't take long for me to get excited to sign up lol the place is so clean, it doesn't smell, and it has a little gym area where you can lift. Everything is set up so nicely. Miranda was also very helpful and kind. This place truly has an amazing staff, not only are they kind but also very knowledgeable!
Had my membership for 3 weeks now and I can ONLY SAY great things. Not only is the place so nice but It always gets me excited to workout (the sweat I tell you feels amazing) | haven't been this consistent in years and finally putting in time for myself and my health. The way they have the scheduling is awesome, easy to schedule on the app, a lot of sessions everyday so it keeps me motivated.

But one 15 sauna spin class, I sweated more than I do in a 45 minutes class!! The fact that I can do this on my own time and do classes AND follow a class is the coolest concept ever. Really like this location! Showers are very nice, out of sauna equipment surprisingly thorough (full weights rack, medicine balls, kettlebells, a couple machines, etc.), & the saunas are always super clean! I like the setup & that it's right nextdoor to Sprouts as well, super nice.

They have $5 rentals if you forget your yoga equipment & the vending machines are well stocked! I'm actually consisting surprised by what HotWorx has to offer as a whole, but let me tell you... The addiction is REAL. I wish I would have done hot yoga years ago!

I know a lot of people complain about the videos available, but they're very optional. Just as you can control the temperature in every sauna, you can also control the sound & lights, which means you can really go into each session & do whatever you like, there's even phone rests on the bikes & rowing machines. I put my headphones in & do my own thing without fear of judgement because I'm in my own world where maybe only 2 other people might join in.

I am so excited to see Hotworx La Vern menu. I have never experienced the boutique gym environment before since I was long time member with Bali, 24 hours fitness, Crunch, Anytime fitness. I am loving it!!! Looking at their menu get mer so excited to try different session. Since they focus on both physical and holistic fitness, I can choose to work out different routines to help me achieve my goal easier. Super, great place to get a workout in. Love the semi-private feel of the facilities and the infrared saunas. If you like the heat, this is the place to be!

Staff: I am impressed with the staff and crew at the La Verne location. Friendly, super knowledgeable, and responsive. Stella gave me a tour of the facilities and let me try out a session before signing up. I'm always greeted by the staff during the staffed hours. You can tell they take great care and pride in the facilities.

Cleanliness: The studio is super clean from the sauna rooms to the restrooms/showers, and weightlifting section. I see equipment being constantly wiped down. I hate public restrooms and showers, but I feel comfortable using these.

Sauna Room: There are about 9 rooms with different types of workouts offered. Each room has adjustable heat temperatures. I generally don't like to sweat heavily, but I admit, afterwards I feel great, and my skin feels softer and more refreshed.

Safety: You can only access the studio using a keycode or if the staff open the doors for you. I feel safe and secure whenever I workout outside of staff hours. I can leave my workout bag on one of the benches without worry.

I like that members can workout 24/7. The only downside is that I live outside of La Verne and only make it to the studio during the weekend!

This place is the best! It Feels like your own personal boutique gym. You can come when ever you have the time since it's open 24/7. The facility is always kept immaculate. I'm a sweat Everywhere member with Hotworx and my favorite location is definitely La Verne because of their exceptional customer service and immaculate cleanliness.

First, the customer service at La Verne is outstanding. The owner and staff go above and beyond, super friend and I love their welcoming atmosphere. Whenever I have any requests or questions, they are extremely responsive and always willing to assist.

Secondly, this place is super clean, the saunas, bathrooms, and all common areas are consistently well-maintained and spotless every time I go there, and I go there every other day. the Le Verne location is relatively new, and all of the equipment feels brand new as well. I'm always seeing their staff cleaning, vacuuming, and keeping the premises in top condition.

I came across a negative review about this location and I cannot believe what I read!!! It seems that the individual who wrote the review may have been motivated by jealousy or an attempt to sabotage the reputation of this location. In my interactions with the owner and staff, I have found them to be genuinely kind and caring individuals, which leads me to question the validity of these negative remarks.

Personal attacks aside, I believe it's important to recognize the exceptional quality of service and cleanliness that the La Verne staff provides. This location has certainly earned my loyalty, and I encourage others to experience for themselves and not solely trust reading the reviews.

I’m so glad HotWorx La Vern is finally open. I love going in there and getting a great workout! It’s open 24/7 so no excuses. Just go in and enjoy yourself.
I have been going there for over 90 days and I’m happy with my result. I notice My skin is smooth, my skin is toned and I feel great. No ache, no soreness, and easy to add to my daily routine.
I can keep that consistency.
I love the infrared heat workout classes it has different levels so I can just do that. Above all Thank you Stella and her staff for being friendly and helpful and they keep the place super clean. As someone who travels frequently for business, I've had the opportunity to visit numerous HOTWORX locations and have been a member of top-tier gyms worldwide, including Equinox. This experience has made me very discerning when it comes to cleanliness and quality—I'm willing to pay for excellence. I have to say, this is one of the cleanest gyms I've encountered. Occasionally, I need to use the shower facilities after a workout, especially when I'm rushing to a business meeting, and I wouldn't do so if the gym wasn’t spotless. The staff here is also exceptional. Stella, the owner, and Emily, the manager, stand out in particular. They treat everyone who walks in with kindness and professionalism, even taking the time to greet each member by name. I’ve quietly observed their interactions from a distance, and I’m genuinely impressed by their professionalism. I am truly disappointed with my first ever hotworx experience. When I first walked into the sauna I saw two couples getting intimate. I was extremely uncomfortable and complained to the owner, but she did not care at all. She explained that all members could do whatever they wanted. A shame I believed there could be potential here, but after that not anymore.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. It is not worth it at all, anyone who has a membership here would know and should be refunded. There is bad customer service from the employees and I truly felt disrespected and uncomfortable from my experience. The dirty bathrooms were the worst part of it all. It smelled like rotten eggs and the toilets look like they haven't been cleaned in years. There were also dead roaches by the sink.
The whole place overall looked very rundown and outdated. Anyone who says other wise is lying. How is this place even still running?? If you are thinking about coming here please don't!!!

Absolutely love Hotworx! I am so grateful that Stella opened up her studio here in La Verne. I have been working out here since it opened, and I already see the changes in my body and stamina.
