I’ve been going to this Hotworx since they opened in 2023! The gym is always clean, the girls in the front are amazing and I always get a great workout!!! I’ve seen a change in my body even while going only 2-3 times a week. Best studio in Rancho!!

This is where I originally started and I no longer like coming to this location the guest have no consideration they will intrude on your class late not book a class then come in controlling the lights temp and volume I and it looks like staff doesnt clean I'm 10 mins from this location and will drive to upland Eastvale la verne or Corona to work out I suggest signing up elsewhere I liked the old staff but they replaced them all the merch doesn't leave a lot of options and restrooms are Always dirty and there is never anything to clean equipment. I started to work out here today but im going to upland and will from now on

I tried to cancel my membership and they said I had to wait 60 days. Waited the 60 days and guess what, they charged me again. Just called and confirmed they had me down for cancellation. She said Yes, that was correct but she didn't know what happened. She said someone will get back to me in a week... what? In the meantime, it sits on my credit card. I reported it through my bank. Be careful.

I signed up a few months ago, and it has been my favorite gym experience! I love the option for quick workouts, and I never have issues booking a class time. Staff is always friendly. Marlina helped me out when I first joined, and she was knowledgeable and able to explain all the different types of classes they offer. Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to workout that works with any schedule!

I have been coming to this HOTWORX since April. I absolutely love it. Barre and stretch are my favorite classes. Also, Calista one of the employees is so sweet and helpful. Always answers all my questions and says hi every morning with a smile.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I have tried cancelling my membership since APRIL, I’ve spoken to several employees of the facility who played “telephone” with me, and I still got charged for services I have NEVER used. Terminating your membership is literal hell and I had to go through my banking institution to put a stop to any other charges. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Absolutely Love This Place!

HOTWORX Rancho Cucamonga has completely changed the way I feel about working out. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and motivated. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The infrared sauna workouts are a game-changer — I felt detoxed, energized, and stronger after just one session. Avoid this gym - Unethical billing practices

I’m extremely disappointed with this gym. After my membership ended, they continued to charge me without my consent. I went out of my way to cancel properly—I spoke with staff in person and also confirmed the cancellation over the phone. I was clearly told I wouldn’t be charged again. Despite this, they still billed me afterward.

When I reached out to resolve it, they gave me nothing but excuses and refused to issue a full refund. Even though the mistake was entirely on their end, they wouldn’t take full responsibility. It felt like they were just hoping I wouldn’t notice or would give up.

If you’re considering joining, don’t. There are plenty of gyms that value transparency and respect their members—this isn’t one of them. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.

After going to quite a few HOTWORX in my time as a member, this is by far my favorite location! The location is convenient for me, but what what makes this one special is how CLEAN it is and how KIND the staff is. They make me feel at home and I really appreciate all their hard work 💪🏼💪🏼

Very messy membership policy. Place was nice, but after a year of being here noticed the workout videos NEVER changed. It was the same workout every time.

When I signed up I was told you can cancel at any time. I called to cancel over the phone on Oct. 31 and they told me they require a 2-month notice, so I would still be charged for Nov & Dec. (Annoying, but I agreed). I went in on Nov. 20 & they told me that they had no notes of me canceling and that cancelling over the phone was impossible because it required a signed document. Meaning that I was now going to be charged for Dec & Jan. The employee I spoke with over the phone never explained that to me or I would have came in to cancel. Overall I would not recommend this place, its over priced & repetitive. If you want to cancel think 2 months ahead & avoid doing the family plan.

The Pros: The staff is really nice and friendly, they do a great job of keeping the facility clean, the workouts really do a great job of pushing your limits and you definitely sweat like crazy. Plus it's open 24/7. The interactive app is very user friendly. They have a shower for anyone who doesn't have the time to go home before their next obligation. I find their proprietary equipment (row machine, elliptical) are better than what you typically see at other gyms.

The Cons: No way to hold members accountable who book a session and then don't show up, essentially limiting your ability to use the facility. The saunas are designed to accommodate 3 people at a time, but the reality is, very few people want to workout in such tight quarters with a stranger. This is especially true given that most of the members here are women. At least from what I've seen. Hotworx allows you to book a workout up to 2 days in advance, but you'll have members book the sauna so you can't, and then you go there to do a different workout and see that the person who booked your first-choice workout didn't even show. They need to put a scanner at the front desk so you can scan your app to show you kept to your commitment. And penalize members who repeatedly book saunas and flake out, essentially blocking other members from using that workout.
