The ladies that work there are nice.n I have done Hot Stretch, Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates. I enjoy the works for the stretch and recovery work plus core work. I DO NOT like the app OR the incessant sales pitch between every workout.

DONT SIGN UP FOR HOTWORX. Cancellation is a nightmare, what they dont tell you is there is a 60 day notice to cancel the membership. Even rental homes require only 30 days. When you call to cancel they say only a manager can cancel the membership who is never there which drags for another month. The only way to cancel the membership is cancel the credit card :(

Staff are lovley! Through the app you can book private sessions and block other people from chosinf the session so it's private. Sauna can be adjusted and lights as well. Very clean

Love the atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. Fitness studio is clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a challenge or want to give your body a break from heavy weight lifting, this is definitely the place to come to. My sleeps been better, the weight is melting off. Recovering faster, joints feel better! Definitely give this place a try :)

I wanted to try it for a month and the staff member said yes, if you change your mind let me know in 3 days. I talked to another person over the phone and then she said that I had to pay for at least 3 months then I could cancel. After paying for 3 months I called again to let them know I wanted to cancel and they said ok, but you need to give us a 60 day notice in order to cancel 🙄, then the guy said “it’s ok, your membership is canceled”

After 2 months I noticed HOTWORX had been trying to charge my card 3 times and they sent a notification to the credit bureau, are you kidding me ???

They made it impossible to cancel, I only used the gym 2 times the first month. They also charge $99 for early cancellation fee. that’s ridiculous!!…

That being said, just recently Hot works in Redlands changed management, and let me tell you… they handled my situation differently.
The new assistant manager apologized for the lack of communication in the past, she said that they have changed their cancellation policy and other policies to better service the customers.
I will definitely consider going back once my work schedule changes.
Ask for Alexiana and your experience at HOTWORX will be just better than before.

I really love this place. The fact that you can get in a great workout and also do a quick cardio or yoga flow in the hot sauna is amazing. Especially me being a busy working mom - they are open 24/7 which is one of the biggest perks. Staff is super friendly and the facility is always clean. 💪😍

I am extremely disappointed with the misleading communication and lack of transparency from the staff. They are not upfront about the terms of their establishment, which led to a frustrating experience. We were initially lured in with the free sessions they offer on the website and were offered a complimentary month. Once we arrived their system “was down”… we rescheduled a second session only to be told—just three days later—that the terms had changed, now requiring us to purchase their merchandise. ($150 each in merch for us to get the free month) Despite this, we signed up, only to discover there’s a cancellation fee if you cancel before six months, something that was never disclosed to us at any point. we were actually told there were no fees. haha. In fact, we would not have known if my boyfriend hadn’t noticed it. This level of dishonesty is deeply frustrating and unacceptable. I expected professionalism and honesty, but instead, I feel deceived and taken advantage of. do better.

I signed up for HOTWORX back in August 2024 and I have been going ever since. I highly recommend trying it out. HOTWORX has changed my life. I look forward to my workout sessions & have noticed that I am a lot more consistent with exercising ever since coming here. Every time I leave a workout with them, I leave feeling AMAZING. I’m not too sure what took me so long to discover this place, but I’m very pleased with their services. If you are looking to feel better physically & MENTALLY this is the place for you. Love love this place. If you looking to drop weight or loose inches this is your spot every class is design to make you sweat. Janelle the manager is amazing sign me up and presented me with different options for membership. It was easy. All the other girls are great and friendly. Gym is open 24 hours. It’s 3 people per sauna. I come with my sister Mel all the time. It’s great.

Hotworx is perfect for any fitness level andany season of life. I've played basketball up through college and have had 5 knee surgeries due to an old basketball injury. Therfore ive been dealing with extensive pain for the past 15 years. Hotworx is the first gym to actually make my knee feel better during the workout, while also giving me the most intense workout in such a short amount of time. What would normally take me up to 2 hours to accomplish, I can burn the same amount of calories in under 45 min. Plus, having the option to come for ANY 15 or 45 minute window 24 hours a day, allows for me to come whenever I can so I can stay consistent. The gym is spotless, and the entire staff is genuine and always go above and beyond to make every guest feel heard. Glad there is a Hotworx near me because there is no other gym like it!

I like it so far today my first time doing it .... it help me to relax and same time exercise... If you don't want to exercise no problem just lay down or sit you be fine all the sauna do the job for you ! I love it am new member and so excited to be here I feel my second home I love it !

Just joined, so far so good. Just did the tour and I think this is the spot for me. The rooms are tiny and for me as a solo person this is great. Recommended you book a room just for you. Seems common practice once you see how small the room is. Give you privacy and not think about working out in your sports bra as there are no eyes 👀 or judgement on your body. I cannot wait to do my first class. :)

My husband and I Love this place! Never have I worked out and felt no soreness. Losing inches and feeling so great after exercising. Working out in the heat is awesome.
