Amazing and friendly team. Love the variety of classes really enjoyed undoing my stressful day with hot yoga. Really appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. I’m really glad my neighbor told me about this place she told me I needed to do something for myself and I started by joining Hotworx.

I've been see this place and was so curious on how it works. The concept is pretty cool but I'm not sure how I feel about sharing a small hot space with others. I tried the hot pilates sauna. The temperature was great but I had to share it with two other ladies with there yoga mats. I just felt like we were too close to one another and it made me uncomfortable. Since I felt too close I wasn't able to comfortably do the movements correctly; I just felt like I would kick them or hit them.

However, I do like it when it’s just me in the room. It's a great workout and the heat is a plus. They offer different types of workouts which I love as well.

I would absolutely rate this location zero stars if possible the program itself it’s fine. You could honestly do them at home yourself. The only difference is the heated room. Other than that there’s nothing spectacular about HOTWORX that I think is worth $80 or more. I tried it out for four months And I was absolutely miserable due to being constantly harassed by the owner of this location who’s name is April not just by her but her husband as well, the staff was friendly. Sadly ownership fell into the wrong hands this lady has a lack of etiquette and professionalism when it comes to running a business. she will accuse you of not paying when you’ve paid. She will yell at you when ever you try to speak. She’s totally unprofessional. It’s a shame. HOTWORX would probably do better without her. I canceled my membership back in December and I’m constantly getting text messages requesting payment to this day when I’ve canceled already that doesn’t make any sense to me on top of that they are threatening to send me to collections when there’s no membership to pay? About three months ago, my husband tried it with me because April said I had guest privileges. She never specified that a guest could only come one time so she said her staff was not properly trained when signing up members when it was her that signed me up and gave me the tour in the first place. My husband left them a negative review due to the way, she handled the situationand April the owner of this location texted me and tried to coerce us into removing the review with a free membership for a month and a free towel which we obviously tuned down. so I would think about how many of these reviews are genuine. If you’re looking into starting a new gym, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere at least if you wanna get a peaceful workout in this location is definitely not it.

Like the concept and equipment available but not so much staff or at least the one I encountered. Wife was misled in membership privileges, she was told she can bring guests in general, but after a month or so after signing they wanted to charge $27/visit/guest. She was also harassed for contesting charges, which she never did, the staff had confused her with another member. Was planning on signing up but was discouraged after my encounters.

Is there a reason for cancelling my membership 4 months and you’re still trying to charge my card? I had a good experience at the actual gym for a few months but you never answer your phone. I cancelled in JULY yet you’re trying to charge for 4 months and I am confused. You all have lost your minds if you think I’m paying for a membership I already cancelled. Again, I really enjoyed HOTWORX and the people working there were a delight for the most part but my MEMBERSHIP IS OVER!! So what is the issue??? Did you not file the cancellation paperwork? Do I have to get lawyers involved? Help me understand what’s going on. I was going to rejoin in December but now I’ll just workout at home because this experience has rubbed me the wrong way. I’ve always wanted to find a workout that I truly enjoy! I did the free workout and April (Torrance Hotworx) gave me a tour and said she felt Euphoric afterwards and I agree, it does. There's no hard sell so try at it out and see if it works for you, I'm really enjoying the 24 hour access.

I also don’t like that whoever is handling social media, is combative with those that are leaving reviews regarding the lack of transparency or ongoing issues regarding the cancellation. I definitely recommend this place. It's so clean, parking is so easy & the staff are so kind. I was only suppose to do the Free Trial, but i signed up right away bec. i saw the extraordinary benefits of the workouts. Cycling & Rowing inside an Infrared Sauna feels so great. I enjoyed working out here and appreciated the friendly staff. However, beware regarding the cancelation process. They will charge you an upfront $99 fee to cancel immediately or two additional months worth of membership use in order to cancel. I tried speaking with the franchisee owner (April) about this matter but there was no solution and she really didn’t offer much help, nor was understanding of the situation. I am moving and they have no location near me to be able to benefit from keeping the membership. This entire situation has left me very disappointed. I felt as if I was lied to and although I was verbally told I could “cancel at anytime”, the gentleman that started my membership left out the cancellation cost. It would have prevented me from initially getting a membership. I really hope corporate reaches out and offers a solution and changes this “policy”.

Love the workout and the sauna; however, beware regarding cancelation. It could be more professional, and I was asked to send an email, make a call, give 60 days' notice, and pay an immediate termination fee, never to get a follow-up. I moved away and paid an extra amount for immediate termination with 60 days' notice, and they are still charging my card.

I have wanted to join for a very long time and finally took the plunge but first got a very nice complementary free workout day from the owner April.
April is the best and definitely cares for all of her customers. She wants you to enjoy your workouts, and it shows!

From the extremely clean facility and welcoming smiles, everyone there is very friendly and creates an inviting atmosphere.

Now I personally have never done yoga, Pilates, or anything like that, so this whole concept was really new to me. I love the fact that the saunas have different, personal virtual trainers, and walk you through the work out step-by-step.

In all honesty, after I got into the groove after one week I didn’t even feel like I was working out. Don’t get me wrong, you sweat… A lot!
But it certainly isn’t the mundane feeling of having to get on a treadmill or do other cardio workout. I always dreaded that.

The heat and infrared from the saunas are so good for numerous reasons, and it’s just such a different way to exercise. I can’t wait to go to my sessions which are so easy to schedule on their app. Everything about this place is amazing, they will make sure that you understand the concept and make you feel part of the family.

I absolutely love working out at HOTWORX. April & Dolf (owners) are outstanding, professional, supportive, and very knowledgeable. HOTWORX basically runs itself and is open 24/7. I met the new GM who is super friend and also helpful. Working out here has really helped me to detox toxins from and help me sleep better. I feel mentally and physically sharper, more focused, and I’ve lost weight. I’ve been coming here close to since it opened and I have never experienced any negativity from the owners. Contrarily, they’ve been super sweet and very personable. I’m pretty surprised by any reviews stating otherwise.

Amazing!!! Started on Dec 14, 2021, it's now Mar 5, 2022, and I've lost 16 lbs!!! I'm so excited. I think everyone should have this experience!!! It takes persistence and motivating and you'll start seeing results. In all honesty, the app might have some glitches, but in reality, who needs an app when you can see your results. Not professional when it comes to their cancellation. I have yet to receive an email confirmation for my cancellation since NOVEMBER and I am still getting charged. The only way I am able to communicate to them is through text and yet nothing is happening. I was patient enough since I purchased the membership back in March and due to obvious pandemic circumstances the opening was delayed. And continued to be patient until I had to move to Northern California. And I am still have to deal with this. AND HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND HAVE LEFT MESSAGES. It’s been long enough where all avenues of communication have been fully attempted. And the text message shows how they have handled thus so far. I’ve been brushed off multiple times it’s fair to say. Calling the place is constantly an issue with no answer.

The staff is very friendly but the food is very bland. I typically enjoy some form of seasoning on my poultry unfortunately you will not find it here. The chicken has a good crunch but it doesn't taste like much. Please do not get me started on their "Cheeseburger".......good thing you can skip on over to In N Out.
