The only time it gets pretty busy I’ve noticed are around 3-5 pm because everyone is getting off work. But if you book classes ahead there’s really no issues. Definitely worth the price.

RUN!! It's a scam! I went in for my free session and asked all the right questions. The representative said I could pay for a month and get one free. I asked if I didn't want to continue after those two months if I could cancel without a penalty, and she said yes, so I decided to try it. Well, when I tried to cancel, they wanted me to pay $99 to cancel! |explained my situation, and a representative responded, saying it had to be a 3 month commitment. I asked to speak to a manager 4 times without a response! A manager finally responded 2 weeks later and said it's a 5 months commitment!! Please tell me how it goes from a 2 month to 3 month to 5 month commitment all within a six week time w frame!! It has to be a scam! And I had to buy the mat, so they got more of my money!

Update- The regional manager (not polite, by the way) finally contacted me to say they were canceling my membership without a fee. I am grateful. Keep in mind that I paid through the 3rd of July, but because they canceled my membership- they took away all access immediately without warning. I'm not complaining that they took away access because they didn't charge me the cancelation fee- just saying a heads up would have been nice. It's not a good way to do business).

On 20 Mar 24 I was looking for a new gym to go to and came across HotWorx. I decided to drop in and give it a try. Truly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made this year! I was greeted by Carrie who gave me a walk through of the gym and showed me everything it had to offer. Carrie was very knowledgeable and professional which was very appreciated in this day and age. I had been debating what type of workout activities I wanted to do and I knew I didn’t want to get into something I wouldn’t be consistent at. I tried other gyms and they just didn’t do it for me and one day while scrolling through Facebook and ran across Hotworx. Didn’t know what it was about so I called to ask a few questions and was invited in for a free trial. I almost canceled but I went in anyway. Glad I did!! I took a brief tour and then did one 15 HIIT workout in 124 degree heat and I was sold!! There was another lady there who saw me touring the facility and she told me I would love it and couldn’t stop raving about how great a place it is I had to asked her if she worked there lol nope she didn’t. Just a happy client. The staff (Charolette) is Awesome!! So pleasant and helpful. I also met the owner Dino who was funny as well. While I didn’t take away a star-the only thing that didn’t sit well with me is when I signed up they quoted the enrollment fee of $99. I really didn’t want to pay that and asked if there was a discount that could be given or if there were any specials coming up. I was told no. However, I recommended them to two of my friends and when they signed up a day later I was shocked to hear the enrollment fee had changed to $17!! I understand “business is business” but I think I would have handled that differently and probably mentioned hey you can wait until tomorrow (like 6 hours later). 🤷🏾‍♀️oh well. lol

i’m an avid power/weight lifter, but cardio and flexibility is not my strong suit. One session at Hotworx and I was immediately hooked. The 15 minute HIIT sessions are so convenient and quick that I have no problems doing cardio. The other classes that Hotworx has, is both challenging and relaxing. If you prefer working out on your own but need ideas on what to do and want flexibility with workout times, this is definitely the place for you. I joined when it opened a few months ago and honestly didn’t know if I’d even like it because the thought of working out in 120-125 degree rooms sounded insane. However, your body definitely gets used to it and it gets easier and easier as time goes by. I love that I can go whenever it works best in my day and for the most part, I’m alone in a room when I do my workout, which is what I like. I like to get there 20-30 minutes before the sauna workout and get some dumbbell work in beforehand. The space they have in the back is small but everything you need is there (weight bench, 2 sets of dumbbells of all weights, cable machines, 2 sets of TRX bands, balance ball, and more) and I’ve never overlapped with another member being back there. It’s also super clean (a must for me) and everyone that works there is friendly!

I’ve been coming to Hotworx in Vacaville since they opened and I absolutely love it! I never used to sweat when I would workout at other gyms so I love that the infrared heat in the sauna really draws out all that sweat and toxins. Dani has always been welcoming and fun to chat with. I don’t know the names of the others but they have always been very helpful and answered any questions I’ve had. Highly recommend coming here.

This place is really great. Dino helped me and was extremely informative about the ins and outs of hotworx. Also love that they are 24 hours so I don’t have to worry about rushing to go in before they close. Would definitely recommend to someone who is looking for a challenging but great workout!

Don’t hesitate! This place is AMAZING! New and always CLEAN! Never overly crowded. I’m someone who needs direction in the gym but can’t afford a personal trainer. The videos to follow along are amazing! The sauna rooms help me to know and feel I’m getting the most out of my workouts! In addition to getting in shape, I LOVE the benefits of detoxing and what it’s doing for my skin and mental health. The staff is amazing! The private workout rooms also make me feel more comfortable as I’m someone who doesn’t like a bunch of people watching me. This place is truly the best!

I'm still getting to know the place. It has a great environment, well lit and open 24/7. I've completed Hot Thunder and Hot Blast so far. After those workouts, i used the trx/universal gym equipment in the back.

Every gym has retail products, this one seems to have a little bit more than I'm used to. Because it's not staffed all the time they offer some items in a vending machine for convenience. The supplements and drinks are Pretty fair price. They also have bands, ear pods in the machine. I don't have a reference point for the pricing.

All in all, especially if you like to work out alone, but a home gym isn't something you want... You get to add something that allows you some solitude, and the sauna work out is a good feel.

I will try to update in a month or consistency to give that final figure start out not. But so far, so amazing

I wanted to wait a while before reviewing this place. I workout often and have been a member of every gym around. I wanted to see how I would feel after a month. Would I be tired of it? It's been a month and I've already lost 7 lbs. The staff is amazing and super friendly. My skin looks better and my cellulite has reduced drastically. I'm not leaving. Love this place! Went in for my free trial day not thinking I was gonna want to join and after my workout and the excellent customer service provided by Dino (I think that’s how you spell it) I feel in love. I was sold after I heard how affordable it is and all the perks/benefits. Plus it’s open 24/7! Not to mention how clean the place is. I’m impressed! I’ve been working out all my life and never have I ever experienced not being sore after working out to intensely. Also, I was a bit nervous since I had not been a part of a gym for a few years but it’s such a self designed environment that it meets you at your level each day!

Great place to exercise! They have filtered water & a vending machine to purchase anything you may need. My husband and I always feel encouraged as we get a good workout. I recommend buying thick soft pads for your knees and elbows. I have two blue square ones I bought on Amazon.

Hotworx! I love it! Open 24/7 so I can workout any day and time I want. I love the different virtual classes they offer and that you can make an appointment for any of the virtual classes on your own time schedule. For me the Hotworx Cycle, Hotworx Blast, Hotworx Thunder and Hotworx Core are my go to classes. Plus if I want to work out conventionally they have dumbbells, and other workout equipment as well. Love this place! The people are nice and very helpful. Love the workouts because I can go anytime and it only takes 15 minutes! It's only 1 mile from my house so it makes it really easy to get there with not a lot of planning. They do offer some longer 40 min classes that are also good: pilates, yoga, iso...check it out :)
