House of Chi is a woman-owned small business in Redding, Ca. We focus on bringing health to the community through yoga, mobility work, breath work, meditation and much more. There are a variety of classes that can be found, from beginner to advanced, to help with all levels of fitness and/yoga technique. Open Sunday through Friday, all are welcome at the House of Che Yoga!

She guides your body and your mind through movement breath work meditation, and fascia release. It’s everything your body needs packed into 60 minutes of time. All levels are always welcome.
