I wish i could give House of Pilates 10 stars! This studio changed my life. When I started there, i had been having multiple issues due to an auto immune disease. I started doing privates there to get my body moving and it was the first time in years that exercise felt good:) I now go 2-3 times a week and have never felt better. Because of the small size, even group classes are individualized. Eyes are always on you helping you to do each movement in the best possible way. Ana and her team are the most wonderful, amazing instructors.

A wonderful space to practice authentic Pilates. Lovely owner who is a very experienced Pilates teacher. The classes are varied with a new sequence each class. This studio has experienced teachers and can modify for individual needs. With a studio like this, there's simply no reason for anyone in Delmar to ever be out of shape! Quiet location with plenty of parking. Close to everything, lots of fresh air, inviting and friendly atmosphere. Plus, this studio is always very clean!🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💖💥

I absolutely love my Pilates classes at House of Pilates San Diego! Ana is an incredible instructor – knowledgeable, encouraging, and challenging. She masterfully guides us through each exercise, ensuring proper form and pushing us to our limits while always keeping safety top of mind.
The small class size creates an intimate and supportive environment. It feels like I'm working out with friends but in a professional and focused atmosphere. I'm consistently impressed by the improvements I'm seeing in my strength, balance, and flexibility.
Most importantly, these classes have become a highlight of my week. The studio feels like a home away from home, and I always look forward to the next session.

Working with Ana for the past 4 years has been a game changer! Unlike most other forms of exercise, I look forward to my twice-weekly sessions (I would do it more often if I could!). Ana's expertise assures me that I am in extremely knowledgeable, capable and safe hands. Her kindness, warmth, caring, patience and above all, willingness to create a new class every single time, never repeating the same series of exercises are just a few of the reasons I can't imagine doing Pilates with anyone else. Let me start by saying that I never enjoyed any kind of workout until I met Ana. She is such an amazing instructor. She personalizes each session to my needs and she pushes me just enough to ensure I get a good workout. She is super knowledgeable and uses different exercises to keep each session interesting and never boring.
If you are interested in pilates (either as a beginner or more experienced) I highly recommend taking pilates by Ana.

The Pilates class taught by House of Pilates is beyond Pilates. I started almost a year ago. And it is refreshing to look back and see how it transformed my body and mind. Ana, the owner of House of Pilates is a highly trained pilates instructor who pays very close attention to the smallest of details in your workout. She is hyper aware and will always modify a workout to suit your needs. I have been training with Ana for 7 years and cannot recommend her enough!
