I’ve been training with Hock for 4 months and have seen real changes in my physique. He makes the process so easy and stress-free—just show up and put in the work. He’s very knowledgeable and attentive. he pays attention to my body and adjusts the routine to fit how I’m feeling instead of just running through the same motions. I’ve never been someone who enjoys working out, but he’s really helped me stay consistent. The location is also a huge plus—easy to get to, no parking headaches, private space and lots of fresh air.

Life-Changing Training Experience with HT!

I started training with HT on January 16th, and in just a few weeks, I’ve seen incredible progress. After 10 years of struggling with diabetes and no real improvement, my doctor prescribed Ozempic, and I lost weight from 100 lbs to 84 lbs. On top of that, I have arthritis in both shoulders but didn’t want cortisone injections. My son suggested personal training, and I’m so grateful he did!

HT has helped me regain strength, endurance, and confidence. When I started, I never imagined I’d be able to lift a 45+ lb barbell, do push-ups, lift 10 lb barbells overhead, or squat without knee pain—but now, I can! Thanks to HT’s proper guidance, my knees feel more stable and strong, and I move without fear of pain.

What I appreciate most about HT is his motivation, support, and deep knowledge of when to introduce new workouts at the right time. Every session (twice a week) is something I look forward to. Even my nausea and bloating improve after workouts, helping my body function better.

Hock was my trainer for about 2 years, and I changed from someone who never works out and doesn’t enjoy working out to someone who enjoys exercising and living healthfully.

Before meeting Hock, I was slim but not fit, and I didn’t feel strong. Hock got me into weight training, and each session with him flew by so fast and I felt extremely refreshed at the end of each session. I remember my job was stressful those days and the workout sessions with Hock helped me so much in de-stressing and feeling like I got the strength and power to solve the problems in my work and in life.

Hock customized workout routines to my goals and liking, and I was able to see a great transformation in my body shape and strength very soon after I started regularly training with him — I got a lot more toned (in arms, abs) and grew bigger glutes. My friends could all see my difference and I felt a lot confident too. Most importantly, I felt my immune system was also stronger and I felt stronger both physically and mentally.

Now Hock and I live pretty far so I can’t train with him anymore, but the workout and eating habits I developed from the days training with him keep staying with me and benefiting me.

Besides being a professional and effective trainer, Hock is also very easygoing and caring, so the sessions with him were always fun and relaxing. I strongly recommend him, no matter if you’re someone who isn’t sure about getting into fitness but is curious to try out what having a trainer feels like, or if you’re already working out but want to see better results.
