So we landed here through my son’s baseball team. I didn’t even know this gem existed 😂 It was an amazing experience! The owner gives back to the community and donates some time for the kids to practice for free!!! My eight year old son who now plays for the Challengers loved this place. The environment is so peaceful! I don’t know about you all but I truly dislike going to gyms because everyone is always recording now in days and it feels more like a strip joint when I walk in there. Here it’s all about getting in shape, enhance your performance and build muscle. He has decent rates and it’s super affordable! The fact that my son can receive training in baseball for FREE when he comes with the league is amazing! Or we can pay on other days for a decent price. I would love to increase my stamina and build muscle while my son practices baseball! I think the owner should offer classes for parents while their kids get baseball training. I believe I mentioned that, the last time I went. I would also suggest to have a small snack bar with protein shakes. This gym is Christian so honestly it felt even safer for me. The vibes are great and the owner is so friendly and down to earth. I pray that this plays gets more business and receives the praise it deserves! Also, his GF is in top notch shape, I think he needs to hire her to train the ladies!! I asked for her business card cuz your girl can use some help 😂.

Tried calling, voicemails, emailing, fb messaging and drove by and have not had any luck reaching anyone. They are out of business or not interested. Either way go somewhere else.
