Brady Hutchins is a fitness coach from Orange County, CA who is passionate about improving people’s health by refining the mind, body, and spirit. Brady focuses on delivering a more educational approach to fitness to ensure that clients not only achieve results, but understand what it takes to live a long and healthy life.
Brady received his degree in kinesiology at Cal State University Fullerton, his personal training certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine, and stretch therapy certification from Bulletproof Stretch & Recovery. He developed his company HutchFit to better serve a variety of client by offering the gold standard in performance and recovery.

Before True North I didn't have any sort of specific programming that I was following. I have been working out/strength training for years but was not following any specific programming at the time. I had started getting inconsistent and out of routine missing workouts and not following any specific programming picking random exercises or whatever was available.
The biggest thing I got from the programming was consistency and an intent with exercises. While not every programmed exercise was always available, there were plenty of other exercises to pick from that satisfied the desired muscle to be targetted through the movement. Additionally, there was a nice balance of volume and frequency allowing you to hit muscle groups multiple times per week.
This program works great because Brady helps keep you accountable while offering insight and tips to make your training sessions better by doing form review, weekly check ins, etc.
I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to level up their fitness regime from beginner to more experienced. I learned new fitness ideas and expanded my knowledge of training ideologies that I will take moving forward.

I know Brady now for the last 7 years. Since day 1, he has always been professional, easy going, and very thoughtful personally and in his profession. We got reengaged again awhile back and we started training together. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Brady’s sessions are always so personalized, everyone is given the best workouts and movements that fit their body and restrictions. He’s guided me in strength training and conditioning, specifically pre and post spine surgery.
