Great local gym. The athletes are extremely talented while being incredibly welcoming and friendly. It is a place we love hosting events at and coming back to over and over again.

I have been training OCR on/off for 9 years now and have to say, this location is the best yet, for many reasons. To start, community is key. I've always been surrounded by a wonderful and welcoming community since discovering Spartan, but the vibe here, unmatched. Whether your elite, or just beginning, everyone is treated equally and encouraging no matter your skill level! Then the gym itself; it's beautiful, clean, organized and everything (obstacles, machines, gear, etc.) is up to date! 10/10, highly recommend!

I have been waiting for Lafayette to open a place like this! Run, don’t walk to this gym if you want to challenge your mind and body amongst a special growing community. A few things make this place special:

1. Facility: I remember when this building was a dingy CrossFit gym. No more! The owner has turned this place into a beautiful, open-concept space with brand new equipment, a beautiful sauna, cold plunge, and even an area for socializing and Kombucha on tap! There’s a spin studio, a large indoor floor area for high-intensity workouts, and an awesome turf space for outdoor training. The bathroom/locker rooms are really nice and well-stocked with anything you might need to shower and get ready before work.

2. Location: I love that it’s situated at the top of on a quiet street so the workouts can include outdoor running and there’s plenty of space. It’s also right by a running trail for training that requires longer cardio.

3. Coaching: I’ve only taken Larry’s class but met a few of the other coaches and everyone is top-notch. Larry was encouraging, positive, passionate, knowledgeable, and will push you to your limits every session.

4. Community: The community is still building but I can tell there is the making of something special here. People want to stay after class to sauna and cool plunge or just hang around and chat. I have a feeling this place will attract people of all ages and abilities who are centered around a common goal: becoming the best versions of themselves. When I took class, I felt immediately embraced by those much fitter than I, and they made sure I understood the workout and cheered me on throughout the entire simulation.

All in all, what a special addition to Lafayette and I can’t wait to go back!

The best training I have ever experienced. The group dynamic is motivating, social and connective. Just signed up for their unlimited membership, which is an incredible value. I was referred by a new friend a couple months ago and ran into him last week and was blown away at how dramatic his physical transformation has been. Thank you FitLab!

Real results. Awesome environment with great trainers. Best experience I’ve ever had a a gym. Spinning, Strength training, and overall fitness. I highly suggest you try it out asap.
