I can't recommend Hybrid enough. I have been going to Hybrid for almost a year and have done both the private sessions and the six-week semi private trainings. Hybrid offers guidance, a positive atmosphere and encouragement making it more than a gym but rather a community. D'Shon and Dani have been integral parts of my fitness journey and offer support and advice that is tailored and effective. If you are looking for the best gym in LA stop at Hybrid.

I’ve been training at Hybrid Gym LA for a while now and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere here is always positive and motivating. I have worked out all my life and have been a member to many gyms and Hybrid of the best I have belonged to. The owners are wonderful and extremely knowledgable. The trainers are FANTASTIC, the gym is very clean, the culture is positive and as a woman, very unintimidating. I did the 6 Weeks to Shred program and felt so supported and my results were great. I've also done a few boxing classes that were a perfect mix of technique, cardio & glove work. Really feel apart of a community at Hybrid. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Hybrid Gym and my personal trainer Xavier Cruz! From Day 1, Xavier has made me feel welcome, motivated and excited to work out. He listened to my needs and customized challenging workouts as well as help keep me on track with my nutritional goals. He is very knowledgeable and I am feeling stronger and better with every session. Bonus! He even puts on anime for me to watch while I get my cardio in on the treadmill!
The facility itself is clean, well-equipped and never crowded. It has a great sense of community and is a safe, non-intimidating space. 6 weeks in and just absolutely loving it!

It has been about 5 weeks since I started 12 weeks PT program at Hybrid Gym Los Angeles. I highly recommend Hybrid Gym (who avoids gym at all cost and has never lifted weights in my entire life). Everyone is friendly and professional. I love the fact that it’s private gym as well. My personal trainer, Xavier Cruz, is the best!!! He is very personable and yet professional. He gives clear, concise instructions, and pay close attention to the forms. I feel completely safe under his guidance (preventing any injury). Xavier is very knowledgeable of exercise and nutrition. For years I’ve tried to find a trainer and have had bad experiences. I was nervous when I discovered Hybrid Gym but the staff/coaches have been incredibly professional and friendly. The atmosphere and gym aesthetic also makes you want to do your best. They have access to the best equipment and tools, while maintaining it’s cleanliness.

I have to give a special shoutout to coach Kyneijee. I’m about 3 weeks into my 12 week program and this is the strongest and healthiest I’ve felt in a long time. She has the unique ability to push your body and mind to accomplish workouts you’d never think you could.

I’ve had nagging injuries for almost a decade because of negligent trainers and basketball - Sciatica, knee pain and lower back pain. Since day one, Kyneijee listened to me, helped me make corrections - now my lower back and knee pain is non existent and my sciatica’s diminished drastically. I leave every session with Kyneijee feeling better than when I walked in. The fat loss, weight loss and body change are pluses.

Overall every single coach has been kind and dedicated to every person that walks in. It took me 4 years, but I feel incredibly lucky to have found Hybrid Gym. 💪

Hybrid gym is the absolute best! I honestly didn't have high expectations when I first joined 3 months ago because no gym or trainer has ever fulfilled my particular needs--I was pleasantly surprised. The facilities and programs make sense. I love that it's not open to the public and is dedicated solely to personal training. It's never crowded and everyone's there for one purpose and they're serious about it. Garry is my trainer and he is truly amazing!!! I love his dedication and holistic approach. He is an athlete so he just gets it, and knows what I need better than I even know. I first signed up mainly for rehab purposes and he developed a program for me that addresses those issues plus golf issues (he doesn't even play golf, which means he studied it for me), all at the same time, without my asking...! I've seen so much progress already and am excited to continue this journey with Garry and Hybrid!

I am thrilled with my experience at Hybrid in the 6 Week Shred course! The workouts were intense but manageable; the staff is extremely knowledgeable regarding exercise form, and was instrumental in assuring the exercises were performed safely and correctly. With daily check-ins as well as big-picture evaluations throughout the program, the team was able to adjust my nutritional needs to meet my goals as the program progresed. Hybrid gym, and specifically my trainer, Kelly, have been life changers. I was motivated to start training after being mostly idle at my desk job for nearly 10 years. Got to do the 6 week program at Hybrid Gym and work directly with Daniella Means. Wow, this is such an amazing program and gym. I would even say this has been a life changing experience for me. I have played sports throughout High School and College and have also pushed hard in the gym. Hybrid’s community helped me become a stronger, more confident version of myself!

I came into Hybrid with existing back and knee injuries and had generally settled into a sedentary and less than healthy lifestyle. Strength training was on my radar, but also hugely intimidating.

Trainer Jesse Arhu’s coaching is receptive, attuned to details and pushes me outside my comfort zone every session. Small tweaks make a big difference to ensure the exercise is as effective as possible.

Since joining Hybrid, showing up consistently and trusting the process, the chronic pain from my injuries is almost non-existent. I am able to walk up and down stairs without fear and pick up my four year old daughter without pain in my back. I’ve lost 15 pounds, 6% body fat, started running, stopped stress eating, am more active and overall healthier.

I would highly recommended Hybrid Personal Training gym as a place that pushes you to be the best physical and mental version of yourself!

Training at Hybrid Gym has been a great experience! I love the flexibility and personalization of my sessions, and the support I get at every step of the way. Hybrids program keeps track of my progress with regular weigh-ins and measurements, and my trainer adjusts my workouts based on my progress. I have been training with Garry, and he is great at explaining movements, giving feedback, and making corrections as needed — but all trainers here are just as friendly and knowledgeable! It really feels like everyone cares about your progress just as much as you do, which is really motivating especially when you struggle to see or acknowledge your own wins.

What I appreciate most about my workouts here so far is how I’m always challenged and pushed to improve, while still keeping an eye on proper form and making sure I’m not overexerting myself. I’ve gone through training programs that keep me in a comfort zone for too long, but Gary trusts that I will thrive when I am challenged — and that’s made all the difference. I already see a difference in my daily habits, energy levels, quality of sleep, and of course, in the mirror!

Working long hours in an office, I gained some weight. During COVID, I bought a Peleton and lifted weights at the gym, and I lost weight and gained muscle. It was a new me! I literally worked out 7 days per week for over 3 years, and I was in the best shape of my life. Then in October 2023, I injured myself while working out and underwent cervical disc replacement surgery, and my body started atrophying (just withering away – a shell of what I was just months prior). I lost all my muscle and started gaining some fat again. Several months after my surgery, I started working out again, but it was tough due to my injury/nerve damage. Around that time, a friend of mine just started with Hybrid and loved it. I decided to give it a shot. At the very least, I figured I would learn how to work out without getting injured again.

I signed up with Hybrid and was assigned to Kelly as my personal trainer. I must say that I had buyer’s remorse the same day I signed up. I kept telling myself that I could just work out by myself. Why do I need a trainer, right? About a week into training with Kelly, I fell in love with it. These are the best workouts I’ve ever had in my life! For example, when I worked out without a trainer (pre-surgery), I worked out really intensely and thought to myself “I had a great workout today”. Just imagine getting 4 times that intensity, and that’s what I get with Kelly. They’re next-level workouts – workouts I’ve never had before.

It's been about 3 months since I started at Hybrid, and I now work out with Kelly 3 days per week. I’ve gained more muscle and lost more fat in the last 3 months (working out only 3 days per week) than I did in the 3 years that I worked out 7 days per week at the regular gym. NOW I’m in the best shape of my life, and I look and feel better than I did pre-surgery. Kelly made sooo much of a difference. The accountability, motivation, and positivity that a personal trainer brings are key. Thanks Kelly and the Hybrid team!

I also referred 2 people to Hybrid, and both love Hybrid and the personal trainers, and they’re as addicted to it as I am. It’s easy to get addicted when you start seeing results so quickly. One of the people I referred previously had a trainer at Gold’s Gym in DTLA (7th and Fig), and she felt lukewarm about her experience with the Gold’s Gym personal trainers. She didn’t feel it was personalized, and there was no accountability because nobody cared if she showed up, and nobody had a goal of getting her to the next level. She wasn’t motivated to continue there. Now that she’s at Hybrid, she loves her trainer, has the same trainer each time, and looks forward to each session, and says it’s so much better than any other experience she’s ever had. She loves it. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Finally, my trainer Kelly is a rockstar. He loves working out, is super knowledgeable, is able to answer just about every question, explains things really well, and is really encouraging and positive. He is one of the most personable people I’ve ever met, very relatable, and is just easy to talk to. All the trainers at Hybrid are awesome. These trainers don’t bark orders at you, nor do they “force” you to do anything, and they never pressure you. They just encourage and motivate you, and after a period of time, they just know what you’re capable of doing, and they know exactly how to push you to the next level. Kelly sees the progress that I’m making and continuously makes changes to the program to maximize my workouts. I highly recommend Kelly and Hybrid. Best decision I’ve made in a very long time. I wish I did it years ago.

Personal training with HYBRID has been one of the best decisions I ever made. I lost over 20 lbs in 12 weeks and I don’t even have to sacrifice eating good. I fell in love with the fitness journey, getting stronger everyday and now I’m making healthier and more conscious food choices. HYBRID has helped me become accountable and consistent with my workout routine and my relationship with food. Working out has also immensely helped my mental health and my energy levels are much more better now compared to when I started. As someone with PCOS, 23 lbs in 12 weeks seemed to be an impossible feat but with the help of HYBRID, I was able to do it without crash diets and outrageous workouts.

I have had other personal trainers in the past but I’m confident in saying that HYBRID definitely set the bar high on what personal training should be. My trainer, Alisha, has been wonderful since Day 1 and has been one of the reasons I really enjoyed strength training so much. My progress during these 12 weeks was not linear because of my own doing too but I appreciate how my trainer would give me alternatives or other options how I can still enjoy eating the food that I want without it completely derailing me from my goal.

Overall, I am glad to have found HYBRID and to have chosen to invest on myself with them. I feel confident, strong, and ready to take on the world with my new body and mindset.

Me finding this gym was meant to be. I was actually looking for a different workout studio and I stumbled upon Hybrid by luck.
I have had many different personal trainers in Orange County and now that I moved to LA I can say that Hybrid is the cleanest and nicest gym ive ever trained at. The locker room/ bathroom/ showers are always clean and i feel comfortable using the facilities.The staff isn't pushy and they are very helpful.
My trainer D'Shon is simply THE BEST trainer I've had. He is thorough with the workout. He logs everything to make sure he is always pushing me harder on each session. One thing I love about working out with D'Shon is that he always checks in on me and that holds me accountable. I know I have to log my food and my steps every day because he actually cares that I do. His training extends outside of the gym and this is what has helped me drop weight. I see it, I feel it and other people notice it. He doesn't waste my time in the gym because he is always prepared and knows exactly what he is doing. I'm very happy with my results so far-- I'm very pleased with Hybrid and D'Shon. 5 out of 5 stars!

Dshon Burgess has been a great trainer! all the sessions are super fun and informative. He is very patient with my questions and focuses on educating me with good form and habits which has been helping a lot even outside of our sessions. Also taught me so much with my mentality and daily nutrition. all the trainers here are very goal orientated by keeping you accountable of your exercises and diet on a daily basis. I really appreciate the fact that this gym is also a personal trainer only gym so it is always not crowded and very clean. I'm halfway through my 24 sessions with Garry, and I’m really enjoying the experience. I started personal training not only to lose weight but also to help change my lifestyle in a healthier way. I wanted a trainer who could keep me motivated, push me to work, and work as a team to reach my goals. Garry provides helpful advice on diet and staying active, and I’ve also learned how to properly use the machines and work my muscles effectively, even on days when I don’t have a session. While I haven’t seen improvements in the scale or Evolt numbers yet, I definitely feel stronger and healthier. I’ve never been this motivated to eat clean and work out before, and I’m hopeful that we’ll see good results soon. I started with 24 sessions to try it out and plan to opt for 36 sessions once the current program is complete.

What I love about this gym is that it’s clean, and the equipment is well-maintained compared to the gym I use on off days. It’s never as crowded as other gyms, which is a big plus. I also feel safe using the fitting room lockers and parking lot. Additionally, the complimentary boxing classes are fun.

Hybrid is an incredible gym. I’ve been going there for a little over a year and I can honestly say it’s changed my life. Thanks to COVID and pure laziness, I became pretty sedentary. When I first went in for my consultation I was really honest with Dani, the amazing co-owner of Hybrid, and she was wonderful. She explained their approach and what makes them different and how they could help me. I dove in, terrified but excited. I now exercise 6 days a week and track everything I eat. I’ve learned an incredible amount from my trainer Jesse and he is always available via text and open to my various questions during training sessions. This is a great place if you really want to make a substantial change to your life or if you really want to learn more about exercising and overall health. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever stop going to Hybrid and I am so excited to continue to improve and reach my goals.

My coach was Coach Garry. He was patient with me and my restrictions. He always finds a way to modify certain exercises for my foot drop. I initially joined Hybrid to be stronger and that’s exactly what I got! From the first consultation till the end of my training I got to learn what works for my body and how I can proceed outside of Hybrid. Coach Garry was very flexible with my schedule too, since my schedule changes a lot, but he was able accommodate each time. Training with Coach Garry was an immense experience. I signed up for personal training with Garry. He is passionate and knowledgeable about training methods, physiology, physical therapy, and effective ways to get to your goals. He is flexible about your needs and able to implement exercises you want to try. For example, I sent him a YouTube video showing ab exercises because the one we started with was hurting my back. In a similar vein, he proactively modified exercises when some of them were not working for me.

As a busy non-morning person who met him in the mornings, I appreciated his personality, motivation, and approach to training. It's now up to you to put in the work according to his guidance. After 12 weeks of working with him, I went from about 17-18% body fat to 12.5%. He's invested in your success, and I would highly recommend him if you're also a motivated and ambitious person who decides to sign up with Hybrid. (I'm sure the other trainers are wonderful as well.)

The community at Hybrid is also notable as they will remember you and welcome you. The gym itself has a wide range of machines, as well as clean bathrooms and showers. I also liked the Evolt machine that read my stats every other week to track progress.

I've tried every diet, consistently went to workout classes (pilates, cycling, HIIT) and tried online coaching before but never felt like I could get to and stay at where I wanted to be. I had high fitness goals and Julio & Dani got me there.

For me, it was never getting to the workout that was the problem - I had done years of boutique classes and never saw any changes - but not having a trainer to coach and push me to get to that next level and achieve my personal fitness goals. I didn't realize the level of intensity that would be required to get to the level I wanted from both nutrition and training. Outside of the gym, Julio was always available for nutritional support and inside the gym, Julio held me accountable to training my muscles to failure, progressive overload and lifting more than I would have ever done on my own. He implemented a program that was specific to my personal aesthetic goals and changed them throughout the program as we got more data. Hybrid is not a silver bullet, it's going to take discipline and it's not going to be easy (I have never lifted this hard in my life) but if you are serious about achieving your fitness goals, Julio / Dani / Hybrid will cut years of trial and error and get you to where you want to be.

I heard about about Hybrid through my boyfriend who had been training with John for a few weeks and absolutely loved it. The experience I had at Hybrid was unparalleled to any other other fitness/personal training that I have experienced in the past. To be completely honest, I was skeptical at first since the prices are high but you soon learn you get what you pay for in terms of dedication, accountability, and knowledge that will last you a lifetime!

I trained with Jesse and I can't imagine it any other way. He was attentive, personal, professional, and passionate about me hitting my goals which made the journey so much easier. He helped keep me accountable without the "Drill Sargent" mentality and adjusted my training plans/diets depending on my work and travel schedule which was awesome. You really feel like you have someone on your team the whole time. I hit countless PR's with him, learned so much about food and nutrition, and he has equipped me with the tools to maintain this training even outside the Hybrid gym. By the end of the 12 week session, it felt like I was doing a workout with a good friend instead of a traditional "personal trainer" which is exactly the homey (yet accountable) atmosphere I was looking for in a gym.

Coming from someone who was very hesitant to spend this much money on a personal training service, I am so glad I did and you will be too. This gym and the trainers start to feel like family in a very short time and I can't imagine myself at any other gym, thank you Hybrid!

Was looking for a boxing gym for quite a while not just to lose weight but to train how to box properly. Not only they have a group sessions for boxing but Hybrid is more focused on one on one training which is exactly what I was looking for.
Moment I walked in I was greeted by the GM, Daniella and after a short interview on what I was looking to achieve, she recommended me on their 12 weeks challenge and added a weight lifting session to balance out my goal to lose weight faster and effectively.
Long story short, through out the 12 weeks program I’ve lost almost 20 lbs and that’s while I’m building muscle and my boxing skills have improved a lot.
They pay attention to the details and push you to achieve your goal but on a level and pace where you can handle.

Jon is a world class instructor. Being a business owner and although I feel like I'm 20, I'm getting a little longer in the tooth in my 40's.
Jon has me the strongest I've ever been, but most importantly he keeps me in one piece and healthy while getting my best effort. That is a massive difference from many trainers. You don't need to get blown out every session to deliver premium results. That not sustainable at any age.

For starters if I could give this place ten stars I would, it’s that great! My journey started off with me being diagnosed with a rare blood disorder, unfortunately that left me weak and left me stuck in the hospital for a while. Over that time I became weak and I was left unable to carry my 6 year old daughter (who is on the spectrum) and she requires lifting and energy almost 24/7, finally I decided I needed help, my goals were (lose weight/ strength to carry my daughter again). I started training with Alisha and she is absolutely perfect, I was terrified I’d get someone who was going to scream at me like the videos you see on the internet when it comes to doing anything at the gym. But, thankfully I got an amazing trainer, Alisha met me with plenty of patience and helped me work my way up to bigger weights, adding more weight to different machines and getting me to walk on the treadmill on an incline. Every time I get a new weight added Alisha confidently assures me that I can do it, every time I feel like thats the max weight I can pull off she slowly adds more and I adjust to it without noticing which is pretty awesome! Then came the day where I went on a walk in a place that had a big hill, I was able to finally put my daughter on my shoulders, walk up that hill, not one struggle just joy that I was finally able to do something that many people find so simple, I can carry my daughter with one arm, not for too long of course but long enough for me to realize that coming to this gym was the best decision I’ve made in 2023. So definitely recommend y’all give it a try, everyone is very welcoming and they’ll hype you up no matter what!

My experience with Hybrid gym was great. Everyone there was friendly and warm. My trainer was Julio and he was awesome. He's a good person. I'm not the easiest client but he was patient and he pushed me in a good way. It helped that we laughed a lot. I did exercises I've never done and was surprised I did it. I originally planned to stay with Hybrid for three months but I am now going on almost a year. My experience at Hybrid was exceptional thanks to my trainer, Jesse, who helped me reach my fitness goals while accommodating my personal preferences. Whether it was a late night or early morning session, Jesse was always attentive and detail-oriented and kept our sessions engaging and exciting.

I also want to acknowledge Ernie, who not only serves as a fitness coach but also provides sports therapy services. Ernie's expertise helped alleviate my chronic neck pain, significantly improving my quality of life.

Lastly, I finished up my last few months at Hybrid taking boxing classes with Armando. His passion and expertise are second to none and his training really ignited a similar passion in me for the sport.

Overall, the personalized and data-driven fitness regime at Hybrid is truly unique and sets it apart from other gyms. I’ve been training with Ernesto one-on-one and this guy is great! He’s so knowledgeable about proper body mechanics, nutrition and gives positive reinforcement always. Never once has he missed a call and he has been 100% responsive. I can text him questions about specific food items, vitamins and studies pertaining to health. He provides great input always! Ernesto is firm Witt his training style but he also isn’t as intimidating as some of the other personal trainers I have worked with. His sister, Dani is an absolute beast and an inspiration to women who seek to stay fit and lead healthy lives. The staff and other trainers are so positive and always in great moods! Working out at Hybrid Gym LA has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a gym. The staff is absolutely amazing and so welcoming! Everyone is so cheerful and pleasant, that from the second I walked in, I felt at home. The facility is spotless, never crowded and the music hits.

When I decided I needed to get healthy and drop some weight at 43, I really thought it was going to be impossible. After meeting with Jesse for my initial training session, I knew that I had made an excellent choice. He is so helpful and super knowledgeable about his craft, while also being cool and relatable. I just finished a 1-1 personal training course with coach Julio Martinez at Hybrid. It lasted a little over 12 weeks and I am incredibly happy with the decision to make this investment in my health.
Hybrid is THE best gym I have ever been to — in terms of both equipment and people — and there are at least 7 things I love about it.
1. I love the holistic approach the personal training program adopts — not only workout matters, nutrition, recovery and the overall support in the surroundings all factor into my progress.
2. Meal logging and messaging with the coach is a wonderful accountability mechanism that helps me tremendously to stay on track. Some supervision is necessary (let’s not put too much faith in self control and discipline…) but I benefit the most from developing a healthy habit that will last long even when the program ends. Plus, I learned a lot about nutrition along the way.
3. Speaking of learning, I think the “educational” aspect of training really makes Hybrid stand out. I can take the knowledge I’ve learnt in the past 3 months to embark on my own journey of exercise. Having a good coach puts me on the right trajectory.
4. My coach Julio has always been communicative and adjusts the workout & nutrition plans based on my personal needs and progress. He is an awesome trainer, always patient with my endless questions and the fun conversations happened during the intervals between exercises made each training session less “painful.”
5. In addition to 1-1 training, Hybrid offers a variety of group-based boxing/martial arts classes. Boxing has become my new weekly routine. If you are looking for some good sweating (or venting off the day), check it out.
6. I appreciate that Hybrid occasionally holds free community events. I’ve been to one boxing class with champion Chris Van Heerden. It was a lot of fun.
7. A minor thing that probably nobody else cares about but I think “quote of the day” on the whiteboard at the entrance is cute!
The list goes on but overall I would strongly recommend Hybrid and my only wish is that it opens 25/8 if that’s ever possible!

I took a 12 weeks program with coach Julio in Hybrid Gym. Everyone in this gym is so professional, helpful and knoledgeable. Julio managed my nutrition, work out plans and also supported me in so many aspects during the program. I was struggling with depression and lethargy before beginning the program and got so many emotional help by just attending the sessions.

They will always be your supporter and will be there for you. For the diet, weight lose, gaining muscle, or anything what you need. If you want a best trainer and equipments for your goal, Hybrid gym is definitely the best choice.

After years of trying to go to the gym on my own and doing diets on and off I decided to give a training program like the one at Hybrid Gym a shot, and boy did it not disappoint.

Everyone at Hybrid Gym is super welcoming and friendly and the gym itself is super clean and new. The machines and weights are a tier (or several) above any other gym I've been to. My trainer Julio was amazing and helped me achieve my body recomposition goals in the short 6 weeks that I trained there.

First, the trainers at Hybrid will make sure they understand your goals and your current fitness level in order to tailor the program specifically for you. Julio provided me with all the information that I needed to fine tune my diet, and what I should be doing every day to get closer to my goal. The training sessions were definitely intense like I wanted and I learned so many new exercises and was able to correct my form in some others that I was already familiar with. Julio always kept track of my progress and gave me pointers along the way to keep going strong. Also, I really appreciated his flexibility when I had to move the sessions for one reason or another

I have been going to this gym since it opened in August 2020, started with their group boxing classes. I have always had a passion for boxing and want to become more skilled and the coaches Stef and Armando are amazing! I have learned to be patient and learned more skills about boxing.

I have always been curious about their personal 1:1 training. I have been paired with Coach Paulak. He is a professional coach, who deeply cares for his clients to be the best version of themselves. With his support and training, within a month, I feel stronger. I really didn't think it was possible, I couldn't do it without his guidance and support! I came in telling him I don't cook, I can't stick with a nutrition program and now with his help and checking up on me really motivated me to make a lifestyle change. I have been feeling stronger from all our sessions thus far, he has always challenged me to never give up in both the trainings and with my eating habits. His genuine care and professionalism is exceptional.

I discovered Hybrid through a recommendation from a friend. Having tried personal training and gym classes before, I honestly wasn't expecting much. Boy, was I wrong.

It has not only surpassed my standards but has given me a completely different perspective on a gym experience. Everyone is beyond welcoming and motivated to help you excel at your own pace. Their small classes allow the trainers to give personal attention to each client during sessions. It doesn't matter if you're an amateur or experienced, they make sure you're well-looked-after.

A special shoutout to Stef for being such an amazing and upbeat boxing trainer! (You're the man!) For anyone looking for a gym, definitely look here. You will not be disappointed. Dani and John have done such a phenomenal job! At Hybrid, you're treated like family!

Hybrid is a hidden gem in DTLA. I’ve been training with Jesse for over a month so far and I’ve already noticed amazing transformation of my body. The changes are both physically and mentally because I started to build a healthy relationship with food. The trainers and all of the people at hybrid make you feel so welcomed and want to help you succeed from day 1. I initially started training at Hybrid because I wanted to take the boxing classes. After taking boxing for a month, I decided to start 1 on 1 personal training because I could feel that there was no way that I wouldn’t achieve what I set out to do, with their support. I have never felt better than I do training with Stef. Dani, Jon, and all of the trainers at hybrid are exceptional. Ernesto is the massage therapist at the gym, as well as a trainer and boxing coach. I get massages regularly and they are definitely worth it! The way I feel physically and mentally after, as well as my performance, are noticeably so much better! Hybrid is more than worth checking out.

The gym itself is extremely clean and organized. I had a massage with Ernesto. Unlike a lot of therapists, Ernesto took the time to ask me where my problems areas are, and focused on on those. He continually asked me if the pressure he was using was good, and if I was comfortable. He was extremely professional, and afterwards I was able to hit a PR on squats. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to be in a better place physically and mentally!

What an incredible space in the heart of DTLA! They have amazing brand new equipment and really experienced coaches that actually listen to your goals and create you a plan accordingly. The changing rooms and the whole gym space are really clean. A unique part about the gym that I've never seen anywhere else before is their red light treatment and Normatech leg compression things for post training recovery. They also have a bunch of supplements too! When I was there there was a boxing class going on so I'm looking forward to trying that out next time!

Hybrid MMA is truly a one of a kind experience. When I went into my consult I was amazed by the gym. It’s got every piece of equipment you could ever want and the training staff is second to none.

this place is awesome. Currently under construction, but I know the owners and they know exactly what to do. They have Hybrid in Hong Kong, and they're bringing that magic here to the states. One of the owners is a personal trainer and been around boxing/weightlifting gyms his whole life, the other is a world champion at powerlifting... so I think they know what's going on. I go to them for boxing one on one, personal training, and I know the quality I'm paying for is SO worth it
