I'm actually a member of the Wolf's Den which is located inside Impact Sports Complex. The Wolf's Den has been one of the most beneficial experiences I've had as far as training for my Obstacle course racing. The courses are varied every week.
The facility is clean, safe and family oriented. You can find everything from. NINJA courses for toddlers to Advanced UNAA training. They offer OCR classes for all levels with outstanding, highly experienced Coaches.
Impact also has 2 weight rooms, a dance studio and full (clean) bathrooms with showers and changing rooms.
They offer small group training, yoga, and POUND.
There are multiple batting cages. You can drop in for a day, or they offer very reasonable membership pricing.
I highly recommend coming to check out what they have to offer. You won't be disappointed.

Came here for a two day soccer camp. While the camp was great, at the moment the place looks to be under heavy renovation. The soccer/baseball area was OK. Looks like they are adding a few small shops and a ninja warrior style obstacle course. From the photos before it looks like they've done away with the boxing and MMA area in the main room.

Thanks from the bottom of our hearts impact . Allowing us to stay as long as you did literally saved my wife's life she's a very sick person and won't be link g a full life . Thanks to your huge heart the rain didn't touch her fragile body and she remains warm thank you
