With over 20 years of experience and training in contemporary and classical Pilates, we offer Reformer private and duo sessions, and Pilates mat group classes. I’ve been practicing Pilates with Elana for 2 years. I went in to the studio to work out but Elana’s knowledge and passion is what has kept me at the studio. I love the smaller classes because you get that personal attention and cues as you’re doing the exercises. Classes are interactive and I always learn something new. Pilates is that timeless workout that bring the alliance of your mind and body together. I have gained so much strength and mobility since I started. I cannot say good enough things about Elana and her studio. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I have been coming here for almost 2 years and have never felt stronger from a workout. I have tried running and the gym and this is definitely the best workout I have had. Even when battling soreness and pains, there are modifications I can do that still give me a good workout, but don’t cause me injury or more pain. Elana is a master at her craft and an even better human being. If you want a good workout, guardian sweat, and fun, I highly recommend coming here.

I have been attending now (2-3x a week) for over a month and I have found Elana to be an outstanding instructor. I am an older (krumuchey...aka grummpy) dude with more of a weight lifting background, but I have found the importance of working on my complete core and flexibility important. Totally sold on Pilates and what it brings to the table.
