Left the gym after many years for a number of reasons. The main reason being that I have a gym next to the office and a shoulder injury that needs to heal for a few more months.
As a patron of 3-4 years I definitely noticed that the gym was not going anywhere and that the overall experience has worsened slightly.
While many other gyms have increased the amenities, this gym has gone the opposite route. No standard towel service, Paper towels dispensers are now mechanical and oftentimes broken, cleaning spray holders are constantly broken, and the electronic locks have been removed.
In parallel, the gym keeps running promotional campaigns that temporarily overcrowd the gym and make it less enticing for the regulars to keep coming.
I hope they can turn it around, as the space and location is great. Maybe when the condos next door are finished and bring in new patrons.

Thank goodness for new management! Very accommodating and professional. Less members than most gyms because the location is hidden, so there is not a lot of over crowding. Towel service costs $10 originally, but I got them to lower some of my other start up cost.

Beautiful facility! The service and trainers are friendly and helpful. Much better than my previous experience with other health clubs. Machines are clean and often available. The price is right for the amount of amenities they offer.
