This facility is always clean, the towels that are available to wipe the equipment down are always clean. The staff are very welcoming and friendly! I also enjoy the cycle classes, but I wish more times were offered on the weekend for these classes.😊

Victorville location is great it's just the three locations 2 in Palmdale and one in Lancaster that need to do something about their hot water turn it up a little bit Lancaster's not too bad but it's not hot enough both Palmdale location you'll be lucky to get hot water Management's not doing their job need to get replaced 5 months of this showers cold water

Love this gym! Been here for about 3 years. It's always clean and friendly. Staff and members are all nice and the equipment is usually always available which helps me get my workout done fast. Nice gym for starters and advanced. Has everything but the pool and sauna, but I barely use that stuff anyways

This is my second chance at InShape Clubs. My first time at another location didn't go so well and I felt awkward going there so I cancelled membership. 2 years later I decide "why not try again!?" But this time I went to a different location which I found to be very good. The staff are courteous & friendly & always willing to help in any way. And so very professional! I take my older children with me to work out as a family and I like the atmosphere the club provides us with. I am very delighted with this club site! & I hope it stays as courteous & professional as day 1 always. Thank you Inshape for my unique experience!

I shouldn’t even have to leave this review. Do not give them a phone number to contact you with if you’re not genuinely interested because they will call you every single day, several times a day and harass you for weeks on end even AFTER you ask to be taken off of their calling list - and when you ask to be taken off, they’ll get snotty and give you an attitude.

They offer different promotional offers during different points of the month - if you don’t sign up initially, they’ll offer for you to come in free for the rest of the month and give you 50% off of your membership, so make sure you don’t take their first offer if you do sign up.

Absolutely sketchy, and they lost my business the moment they started spam calling me. I’ll stick to my current gym.

I really like this Gym. I can go at before work (not all gyms are open at 4AM). They have all the work out equipment I really need and if I want to go to one of their other gyms all I have to do is pay an extra $5 a month. Some of the other in shapes are quite large but this one is moderate in size. When I go there is barely anyone there which means no wait times for equipment. For me, this Gym is great.

Mice gym friendly staff only thing is the weights all seem too close too each other and everyone is working out around others In that section. Clean bathrooms and changing rooms they even have childcare while you work out up to 2 hours.

I enjoy my experience at this location, the staff is very friendly. Especially Red and Terry. I drop my 2 kids off at the kidzone on Saturday morning and I'm able to enjoy a good workout. The staff does a great job at entertaining the kids. Keep up the good work guy!

The staff is incredible. Stupendous hospitality! However a lot of gym members just leave weights laying around and a lot of them don't even clean equipment after they use it. They definitely need more equipment. The Smith machine is always occupied by someone. Even when they aren't using it, they stay there so others can't use it.
I think they need a sauna here. Considering the amount of members, probably a larger sauna or more than one for each gender or a sauna and a steam room, although they should consider maintenance on current equipment, new equipment, and regulating popular equipment before ever considering a sauna or steam room. It's ridiculous waiting almost an hour just for the Smith machine

There's nothing wrong with the gym, the staff are very friendly and welcoming however I do not like how they take your money out of your account before your 30 days are even up. I wouldn't recommend auto debit if your person who budgets your account to the tea like I do.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with InShape. I was a member of InShape. I will be again. Red signed me and my family up for membership. When my husband lost his job Red paused our membership (we were hoping it would only be temporary). When it was obvious it was not temporary, Red helped us cancel our membership. When my husband is employed again, we will be back. This gym was the most understanding of any I have ever had membership with. Plus, I love the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the gym. After being here for two year all I can say is that it is one of the cleanest gyms ive been to and ive been to: Planet, Monster, YMCA, 24, VIP and a few others InShape on cleanliness beats all of them the staff is friendly and so are "most" of the people sadly the only reason I did not resume going is because it has gotten over crowded and the gym heads that use 5 machines/benches just got on my nerves (not the gym/owners fault its the people that do this) they should have a gym ettique class because some people dont think its rude or just don't know I enjoyed coming here for as long as I did i recommend for people to come to this great big gym.

Earlier today after having such a bad customer experience at the East side In-Shape gym. I Unfortunately learned the hard way about In-Shape's hidden fees and misrepresentation of their contract and the promoter that stand outside Wal-Mart and StaterBros to pushing people to sign while in a hurry. I highly don't recommend that gym to anyone. Be careful with contracts read all that fine print and if you're in a rush just say NO>>!
$100 cancellation fee & terrible customer service
I now go to YMCA, i get a great deal, 2 adults & 2 children for $31 monthly, includes free child care, pool and sauna
