This staff is very friendly and everything is very clean! I was not sure about some of the equipment and Alberto was very helpful! He walked me through a lot of the equipment and showed me how to do the exercises properly! I totally appreciate the time he took out of his morning to help me.

I was hoping for this In-Shape gym to have a sauna or steam room. Just moved new in lathrop ca. But gonna have to drive to manteca to join a inshape gym that has a sauna, steam. But staff members here treated me very nicely after I rejected the membership in the sign up process. :)

This Gym needs to expand. It's a cool little place to get squeeze in a workout but its so small. IT NEEDS A SAUNA AND A STREAM ROOM AT LEAST!!!!!! It would be awesome to have a pool too. It sucks that both gold gym membership locations Manteca and Lathrop both don't have a sauna or a steam room, for that reason I go to the Stockton gym. I feel that would be a GREAT asset to the Lathrop location. I would definitely be my go to gym since I live 5mins away, but until then I will continue to drive to Stockton. That's the only reason I gave it a 2. On a positive note this location gets an A+ for being clean and for also having a very friendly staff!! Thanks for your awesome customer service. 😊😍

Well, I'm living 2 years in the U.S now and to be honest this gym is great. I have two jobs full-time and part-time as a software engineer and currently a student. Since I can work remotely on my part-time job I sometimes bring my laptop in this gym to do some of the job projects and assignments for schools, the internet connection is really fast, I workout around 8:30-10:30pm and it is very convenient for me and I clean and put back whatever equipment I use as courtesy. Members, and trainer are very friendly. So far and I have no complains, This Gym really helps me maintaining my body weight because of planning to join the military in the future.
