Fantastic gym and trainer!
I trained for three months with Roger, and it made a huge difference. Roger really knows his stuff when it comes to both exercise and nutrition, but he’s also fun to work with — he creates a positive, welcoming environment that makes every session fly by. He genuinely cares about his clients and it really shows in how he customizes each workout to your specific goals, fitness level and even injuries.
The workouts were always fun and different and I found myself doing things I didn’t even think I could. He took the time to understand my struggles, goals and what keeps me motivated. Every session felt purposeful. The gym itself has pretty much any equipment you could need, plus a great outdoor space that adds variety and keeps things interesting.
After training here, I feel much stronger, lost weight, more confident and more motivated to keep going. Roger’s mix of expertise, encouragement, genuine care and ability to make training enjoyable really sets him apart. Highly recommend him as a trainer!

I was struggling with motivation, struggling with knowing what workouts to do, and struggling with how to lead a healthier lifestyle. Virtual wouldn’t work cause I don’t even know technique and didn’t have the right equipment. Not to mention my injury, I was concerned with getting a trainer who at least had a background in physical therapy. With Roger, I found myself having fun going to the gym, loosing weight, toning up, strengthening my knee, and feeling confident I won’t hurt myself while working out. He treats you like a person and will be there for you through those up’s and downs in life, but will also call you on your shit if you need it. He also keeps the jokes flowing. He was knowledgeable so if I had any questions the man was accessible and had no problems with taking the time to work with me holistically such as with diet and medical concerns. He really is the whole deal and it’s cause of him that I’m reaching my goals. Definitely give him a try!

Incinerate is a small quaint gym. Roger and the other clients are friendly and make working out more enjoyable. Roger is knowledgeable about working out and the body. I chose the group sessions and there was never more than 4 other people. The gym also has recovery equipment like an ice bath and other tools to help when clients come in with injuries.

Roger rocks!!!
His knowledge of nutrition and exercise were beneficial to my success. He instilled discipline and a "never give up" mentality, and makes you feel like you can accomplish the task at hand, and a little extra. He was always there was questions and guidance, no matter how big or small they seemed. The equipment in the gym was fantastic and high quality, and the variety was impressive. I really enjoyed my time there, and Roger made sure of that each day, while having no problem in pushing you to be the best he knows you can be.

Where do I start with Incinerate Fitness and it's owner and personal trainer Roger. I came across Incinerate through online site Bark. From our first correspondence he was professional and just had great fun energy, so we scheduled a session to see if it was a fit. He asked all the right questions before our session about my health, injuries and what I thought were my limitations. After that workout I was hooked and sore. Although, I had scheduled with a couple of other trainers I knew this gym and trainer were a fit for me.
Roger has such great energy to keep you motivated even when you don't have it in yourself to start. But over time it rubs off plus you start to see those results not only in how you look but how you feel. I came in with a back injury due to work plus carrying extra weight. Within these short 3 months my back pain has decreased greatly and I feel so much better in my day to day. The environment is laid-back and no egos, everyone is just friendly and encouraging. I will be coming back and excited to see what my 6mo progress will look like. Only con no weekend availability but an owner and trainer has to have a life too.... right?

My experience at Incinerate Elite Personal Training And Fitness was fantastic. Walking in, you never feel intimidated or judged, and the workouts are top notch. Roger from incinerate fitness is an unbelievable trainer and a very friendly personable guy. He had help guide me through a plethora of things regarding my fitness in a personalized custom way. Such as diet, cardio, muscle growth, and other minor health issues I had been dealing with. He was very malleable with the fact that I had been diagnosed with epilepsy and we were able to find many workarounds and alternative solutions regarding this issue. over the span of a year I have achieved many of my target goals and ideals for my fitness, health, and overall well-being. I’d highly recommend his personal training especially with your first visit being free of charge!

Originally found Roger on Bark. Came to him because I was having extreme lower back pain, which I later found out was due to an extruding disc. Roger worked with me, always modifying workouts and checking in with me to make sure I wasn’t in pain, but still pushing me to do more than I thought I could. It’s been four months and I’m down roughly 14lbs, and have not experienced any back pain since working with him! Roger is knowledgeable about everything fitness and injuries which was a relief to feel like I wasn’t going to hurt myself and that I could feel comfortable asking him any questions I had. He is extremely kind and really cares about all of his clients! I’ve seen him first hand go above and beyond for others, including me! I came to him during a time when I felt like my whole life was crashing down and he offered comforting advice and a safe place to cry! For that I will always be grateful! He truly is a great trainer & would highly recommend to anyone, injury or not!

Roger is the man! I came to him with a sprained ankle, spine was way out of alignment, random aches in my knees and different parts of my body. Six months later and I feel like a new person. He pushed me out of my comfort zone so my own workouts are a lot more intense now. He strikes a good balance of pushing you but is also very mindful of minimizing injury risk and keeping your motivation levels high.

Roger is legit. I've worked with personal trainers in the past and never had the results as I did here. Do the work, trust his process and you will achieve your goals. I trained with Roger for a full year. I was sure my shoulders would always be weak and underdeveloped. Roger turned it all around. He ain't Jesus, but he dang sure knows fitness! My husband and I both worked with Roger for 3 months. We loved it! He’s a great trainer and he definitely kicked our butts. The biggest difference I noticed was how much stronger I got. I started not even being able to do one push up. I now have so much more strength and endurance and am very happy with the results. My husband has also gotten much stronger and he loves the way this training has made him look. If we had the extra money we would have continued working with Roger. It’s definitely worth it!

I had the pleasure of working out with Roger for a few months. I hired him with the intention of getting myself back on track with my fitness goals and he surely delivered. My husband and I have been working out with Roger for the past three years. He helped me to get back in shape after the childbirth. In fact, I think I’ve never been in such a good shape before. Thanks to Roger my husband was able to build muscle in his back to help him with his double scoliosis. He has no pain in the back now and feels much stronger overall. We are so happy we've found this professional trainer who really cares about his clients and wants them to succeed in their goals. We can't recommend enough for everyone to give it a try. I put off getting into shape for a long time, because I was intimidated. After working with Roger, I wish I hadn't waited so long. The results have amazed me. Roger tailors everything to your needs and goals. He pushes you and does not let you make excuses. (Have you ever tried whining to a Marine? C'mon.) But at the same time, he never makes you feel bad about your skill level, no matter how inexperienced you are. The gym itself is also great -- private, well equipped, and conveniently located.
