I’ve decided to start getting back in shape and I took the challenge to do it with my daughter who likes CrossFit! We chose this new gym because we want to support local businesses and we heard good things about it; we couldn’t choose better!! The place is clean and welcoming, there is a spirit of community where everyone is helping each other during workout.
Andy is a great coach focused on making you do your workout in the right way so you don’t get hurt and enjoy yourself.
We are super happy and can’t way for next class!!

What a great gym with an amazing head coach Andy. Andy truly cares about your safety and has ways to modify any of the exercises to make them accessible to all.

The facility is super clean with top notch equipment that is kept in great shape.

All the people in the classes I have attended have been super friendly and supportive, a great community!

What a great gym! Great atmosphere for people at any level. I would consider Head Coach, Andy, the CrossFit Songbird of our generation. From his queues to corrections the guy just gets it, some say he is a true Supple Leopard. The community cares about one another and it is truly something great to be a part of. If trying this place is a thought.... Go try a class!!!!!

Great new gym! Fantastic coaching, programming, and atmosphere. The people are awesome, and the coaches support any level of skill. Great for brand new people, as well as the grizzled vet. I drive 25 minutes each way to get here. Highly recommend- especially if you get to see the legendary Jamin.
