I have been coming to Infinite Fitness for about 1.5yr and have done almost every workout (i.e. cardio/aerobics, tabata, Crossfit, HIIT, static weight training/lifting, DNS, sports, boxing, Pvolve, yoga, floor pilates) you can think of; however, what I love most about this studio is what an insanely difficult and challenging workout you can have by using a GRAVITY® Training System (GTS), to provide total body conditioning using resistance training. The machine itself and the variety of workouts you can imagine are wild, but what makes them so fun are the amazing instructors!

I have taken class from about 4-5 different instructors but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Justine's classes the best! Her energy, instruction, program, music, and style make class so enjoyable, even when she's wiping you across the floor! Her combinations and programming are always challenging, but also dynamic and fun! You enjoy trying to pretend you look as good as they do demoing the exercise, but most importantly, you get a killer workout with the total body conditioning and strength training while it being low-impact. Don't be fooled by the simplicity and ease of doing an exercise - I don't always sweat like a maniac, but I always feel the burn and most times I burn out the muscles!

Every other week they rotate the lower body exercise between lunges and squats, but every workout has a total body component that always includes upper body work and core. I found this place on ClassPass, but will likely purchase a package in the near future so the studio can have more direct income. There are several girls I've seen many times, so they have a very loyal and repeat membership.

The studio is located on Morena Blvd, shortly before Costco in the PB area. Parking is on the street and not in the Fruit Stand parking lot. Traffic can be a little busy, but I've always been able to find street parking. They have several classes throughout the weekdays, with fewer on the weekend, but still many options. They have a water dispenser, and the studio is always clean and tidy. They also have everyone clean the equipment at the end of each class.

I HIGHLY recommend this studio if you want a great workout that's low impact and will really help you strengthen and tone your body! Thank you to Heather, Justine, and the crew for creating such a fun, dynamic studio to tone, lean, and strengthen!

This gym is dope. After looking at multiple gym memberships with unlimited classes, Infinite Fitness was the best bang for my buck so I gave it a shot and became obsessed! They have classes at all hours so it worked with any day's schedule. The session are hard - but with only 50 minutes, they're super effective. Just one month of classes in and I already felt stronger and saw some toning of my abs. With different exercises every time, no class was the same. They were fun, played good music and time goes by fast (which is what someone wants when working out, right!?). Infinite Fitness is perfect for someone who wants to sweat but doesn't want to think/plan the workout. Just show up and follow instructions from the coaches. Classes were so enjoyable that I made an effort and looked forward to going everyday!

Heather and Justine's classes are my favorite. Heather radiates endless positive vibes and high energy. I was so sore (in the best way) that I couldn't even sit after one of her glutes workouts! Justine is so kind and is a tough love kind of coach to push you past your limits and build that muscle. She says what we're all thinking when we're sweaty and shaky mid-rep and doesn't sugar coat anything and I loved that!!

It's a one-location, small business gym with the kindest, hands-on owner. I'm recommending Infinite Fitness to everyone in San Diego. :)

My initial experience at Infinite was exceptionally positive! Cat provided an introductory session on the gravity trainer machine and offered modifications for class due to my current hip flexor discomfort. The workout was highly innovative and demanding, akin to a hybrid of a reformer and a strength machine - incorporating additional equipment and weights. The studio’s accessibility, spaciousness, and well placed mirrors facilitated proper form assessment. I definitely plan to book again soon &I have already extended invitations to friends to incorporate this studio into our weekly workout regimen!

Update to the above: l went to Justine’s class and she was so helpful! She gave me a lot of guidance and modifications throughout the class after telling her beforehand that I was still experiencing hip flexor pain. She was super motivating and had great music to pump everyone up!

Unable to reply to the Owner’s reply so adding a few more details here. I don't often post reviews here, but the owner’s condescending tone of reply to my review has exactly been my experience of interacting with them in-person too - and one of the reasons why I rated this business unsatisfactory. I recall arriving at the venue right on time (9am PST this Sunday 9/22 - btw does that mean you started the warmups before time?) when I was told that I was late and would not be admitted to the class. Granted I might not have reached 10 mins before time as per their first timers policy, but talking down to a client in a rude and condescending way is no way to run a business. I wouldn't have minded coming back for another session, but not after the interaction I had with them this morning.

I am a HUGE fan of Infinite Fitness. I went 1-2 times a week for about a year, maybe longer. My previous company used to pay for ClassPass and that's how I discovered Infinite. Even after leaving that company, I started paying to keep my ClassPass membership active, just so I could go to Infinite--that's how much I loved it. I loved the music, the friendly instructors, the environment, the full body workout, the location, etc.

Unfortunately, I've since moved out of the San Diego area but I regularly think about Infinite. I really hope to find somewhere similar in the near future (although, I gotta admit--Infinite is a unique one-of-a-kind gem). If you're in San Diego, you HAVE TO try Infinite Fitness at least once!!! You won't be disappointed. It's an incredible workout. And don't be intimidated by the machines; the instructors are super helpful and will also provide modifications for all fitness levels.

I love this studio! I’ve been to 8 classes so far, and can already see changes in my physique and muscle tone. Better yet, I FEEL stronger. The workouts utilize the GTS gravity machine, and targets all muscle groups. My entire body is usually sore the next day. Heather, the owner, is super energetic and helpful. Her classes are challenging, but I guarantee that you’ll feel amazing afterwards. I’ve taken classes with Kipenzi and Justine too, and they’re both great instructors. I highly recommend incorporating this studio as part of your fitness regimen.

It can be a little tricky to find- I recommend looking for the fruit stand (you’ll see a big sign for it) and parking in that lot.

I’ve been an Infinite Fitness member for 5 years and love it more and more as time goes on! The instructors are upbeat, friendly and motivating and they play great music! The workouts become more familiar with time and the overall structure stays the same, but each class incorporates different exercises so it never feels repetitive. It’s the best workout I’ve ever done! Best of all, Heather (the owner) works hard to create a sense of community so everyone feels comfortable and part of the Infinite family.

I can't say enough good things about Infinite Fitness! Great class times, great mix of classes between strength and spin/strength. The monthly challenges do a great job of keeping you engaged and competitive with yourself. The instructors are all amazing and Kipenzi is absolutely hilarious! Definitely take a class with Heather because she will pump you up with epic tunes and positive vibes. I am so grateful this wonderful group of ladies came into my life! I highly recommend attending a class as soon as you can!

I found this place through class pass. I have gone several times for the head to toe fitness class. I love it! The instructors are super kind and helpful. The workouts are fast paced and change quickly. I love this because I tend to get bored during workouts.

Infinite Fitness is the BEST workout ever!!! The combination of spinning (high intensity interval training, or H.I.I.T) with the Gravity machine provides great cardio with solid muscle building/elongating exercises. Everyone can modulate the resistance and pace to their level of fitness and many people in the class are rehabilitating from knee surgeries, etc... Doing this for 4 months has been amazing and for the first time ever my arms have great definition (I gave up on arms long ago as 'bad genes' but with Gravity, you can wake up areas and muscles. Nice... Heather is super inspirational, fun, and the people who come here nice, fun, and authentic.
