It’s incredible how many people say they’d like to feel better and live a healthier lifestyle, but aren’t quite sure where to start. That’s where we come in. Infinite love yoga studio offers structure and a body positive, self acceptance environment you need, so that you can concentrate on getting rid of pain in your body and resetting patterns in the mind to get your mental health to the state you desire.
Classes include, mobility therapy, a beginners guide to relieving pain, stress, and illness.
Vinyasa, all levels welcome into this strength building class. Designed to set up a proper foundation of support relieving pain, stress, anxiety from the body and the mind.
