About the Club

We are certified personal trainers with our bachelor's degrees in kinesiology, located in Santa Cruz, CA. We offer online personal training, in-person personal training, online fitness programming, nutritional coaching, pregnancy and postpartum coaching, and women's weightlifting classes. We are focused on helping people become pain-free and motivated with their exercise routine. We are both vegan, so we would love to help those who are trying to build muscle on a plant-based diet, but we will also give assistance to those with any other diet.

Mitchell was able to help me recover from a shoulder (AC joint) injury after I had reached a plateau in recovery, even when my doctor and physical therapist couldn’t make further progress. Both Mitchell and Ilana are extremely knowledgeable about training and nutrition, and their approach is personalized and effective. I sought out a personal trainer to help me return to squatting and lifting lower body post ACL Reconstruction. Mitchell really helped me work through the fundamentals of compound lifting movements and also provided me with proper warm ups (dynamic and rolling) and cool downs (static stretching) to accompany the workout. Mitchell has a really solid understanding of body mechanics and articulates it clearly. He always demoed the workout and provided the queues for proper form prior to me doing the workout. I am awfully tight with money, but his service was well worth it ! I plan on going back for periodic tune ups / form checks as I progress through my recovery and add load.

Ilana and Mitchell are kind and knowledgeable trainers!
When I first signed up for strength training classes, my goal was to be stronger and get in better shape for my upcoming Knee Replacement surgery.
After several months of working consistently with Ilana and Mitchell, I am glad to share that I have no more knee pain and my range of motion has improved. Also, I have better mobility and balance. Ilana and Mitchell have an amazing understanding of body motion and they are carefully observing my posture and my movements so I get stronger and do not hurt myself. I would highly recommend them.

Nice guy, but requiring payment in full of a minimum 10 sessions is a lot. Never purchased a service in advance that you can't cancel without a huge penalty. Worse than a restocking. fee. 70% is a ridiculous amount and the amount up front of $1500 is excessive. My bad not to read the fine print. I cancelled after 1 session plus a get acquainted session. Cost nearly $600. I was told it covered all the time scheduling and talking to me. A bit ridiculous since that was during our sessions I'd already paid for. If like most services including Physical Therapy which also is a one on one service or hair salon or physician you can cancel with 24 or 48 hrs notice and there is no payment in advance. Not a business model that makes any sense. If otherwise I might have picked back up after summer travel. Youve been warned.

Ilana is a bright, kind and professional trainer. I’ve been training with her for over a year and have been using the gym 3+ times a week. She keeps me accountable and is great with nutritional counseling too. Knowing that I will want to report out good workouts to her really helps me stay on track. These guys are fantastic trainers! I've been lifting and playing sports my whole life, but had never invested in working with an trainer before, Partially because I thought I didn't need one.

Working with Mitch has really helped me learn safer techniques, correct imbalances, and break through plateaus that I had been struggling with for years. Both Mitchell and Ilana are serious lifters who understand what it takes to improve your gym experience holistically or focus hard on one lift.

Mitchell and Alena are excellent trainers.Both are NSCA certified and have their degrees in kinesiology and their expertise in healthy living is evident from their practice style.I have had personal training with Mitchell for over 12 months and have gained strength and muscle mass.He has been invaluable for teaching me how to warm up and stretch with mat and foam roller routines.I know my weight lifting form has improved and he has nudged me to try heavier weights. Mitchell has offered nutritional guidance and helped me identify ways to increase my protein intake.I've always enjoyed being active but at 70 years of age I needed someone to guide me when lifting weights and motivate me on low energy days.Training with Mitchell has been fun and will continue to be one of the best investments I have ever made.

Mitchell and Ilana are some of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of working with! I started up a small Instagram page to post my workouts and within a week of me posting, infinite motion coaching reached out to me to offer their help. I received nothing but stellar advice from them whether it was tips for lifting, tips for injury recovery or nutritional advice. The app is super easy to navigate and has everything I needed to create my own workout plan or I could follow one of the pre made workouts/stretch routines. Every exercise on the app has a short video that even teaches you how to properly execute said exercise. If I ever had any questions I would simple send a message to them on the app and I’d get a response from them that same day! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to start or improve their fitness journey!!
