Participated in the Autumn Weekend Workshops this past weekend. This included a two-part adjustment workshop, and one on vocal empowerment through yoga. In these eight hours of training, I learned so much and had fun too! Excellent.

Infinite Yoga is a beautiful yoga studio with great atmosphere and fellowship among the staff and students...just love it!

I attended both the Idyllwild retreat and the 200-hour yoga teacher training with Dana Rae Pare at Infinite Yoga. Both were outstanding. Dana is an absolute technical expert. The knowledge she shared was far above my expectations; her energy and passion for yoga are contagious. Every day (of both the retreat and the training) was organized impeccably, each moment filled with useful instruction or fodder for personal growth. The Infinite Yoga Teacher Training not only prepared me to teach, it boosted my confidence, tested my endurance and made me a better yogini. I met a group of new, like-minded friends who were an absolute delight, and felt "taken in" by the Infinite Yoga team. I would highly recommend training with Dana and her crew. They are the real deal. True professionals. Amazing yogis. Inspiring teachers.

I have tried many of the yoga studios and styles in town, but I prefer Infinite Yoga and the dynamic Ashtanga-based classes there. I like the intensity of Ashtanga - a workout stressing strength, flexibility and balance, and then complete relaxation. All of the teachers are supportive and caring and very knowledgeable. There is a real sense of community. Even after several years of practicing, I continue to learn something. I like that Infinite has different levels of classes, to allow students to continue to grow. Infinite welcomes the well-practiced yogi and beginners and even people who must modify poses due to injuries or limitations. I can honestly say I have enjoyed every class that I have taken there. Thanks to Dana, Trevor, Janike and all of the teachers there.

I highly recommend Infinite Yoga. It's a great studio for beginners to advanced students. I started there 5 years ago, and had never taken a yoga class. I had no idea what I was doing, but it was no problem. The staff is amazing. They have classes for all levels. It's a safe, challenging workout, where you see results right away. If you're thinking about taking a yoga class for the first time, go there. If you're a yoga pro, go there. They have something for everyone in a relaxing, fun environment. There are a couple of studios closer to my house that I have received offers for discounted classes, but I don't even bother. Infinite Yoga is where I want to be.

Trevor:
Thanks for the great Full Vinyasa class yesterday. I think that it was one of the best classes that I have taken from you or Dana. The group energy was fantastic. I had a lot of stuff on my mind and it really cleared it out. Classes like this are why I keep coming back. Carl

If you are looking for a great yoga studio with teachers who have been through years of training, it truly does not get better than Infinite Yoga. I have practiced yoga for two decades, and I have explored numerous yoga types during that time. I have found a home with Ashtanga and Infinite Yoga.
After a shoulder injury (from walking my dog), I had to have surgery. Physical therapy only got me partially back to where i wanted to be. Once I was well enough, I took a Yoga Focus series of classes with Dana. That got me back to taking classes 3-4 times a week again. When I would go back to physical therapy, I would describe the exercises Dana had me doing, and they were amazed at her knowledge...as am I. I have Infinite Yoga to thank for the fact that in my mid-forties, I'm able to stay healthy and strong enough to go into full lotus while in a headstand.
I even sent my mother in for a private lesson. She is 70 and she has spinal stenosis. Dana was the first person to work with my mother and provide her with some peace.
So, if you are looking for an excellent work-out or if you are looking for a deep practice that provides some peace in your life (or both), you absolutely cannot beat Infinite Yoga. Trust me. I have looked around.
While Ashtanga may seem intimidating, there are students with all levels of ability in there. It is not an elite aerobics environment. All effort is encouraged. All ages are welcome.

I have tried a lot of studios in San Diego over the past 15+ years and none of them compare to Infinite yoga. There is level of quality of instruction and focus of the students that you don't see in other studios. The teachers are incredibly knowledgable and respectful of the traditions of yoga while being friendly and supportive. When I am asked to recommend a studio, I always recommend Infinite Yoga.
