If you want to feel better without that "going to the gym" drag, absolutely give this place a try. It's super slow strength training in a positive and inclusive environment. The work outs are accessible and are adapted to your body type and needs. Any size, any age, any fitness level. My favorite part- measurable results without breaking a sweat, in just one or two 25 minute sessions a week. They also have cardio options, a dry sauna, and a number of other fun things to try. Whatever you need, Denise and her team go out of their way to make you feel great and help you reach your goals.

I’ve been going to Denise and her team for a little over a year now and absolutely love it. The short sessions fit into my busy schedule. I have knee issues and have never been a gym person. It’s been really nice to have a trainer that personalizes my training and adjusts to my weekly needs. I feel healthier and stronger and give all the credit to Denise at inform fitness.

I won a raffle prize for 4 training sessions at Inform Fitness in Rohnert Park. I enjoyed personalized training provided by Jessica. It’s a small, quiet strength training facility. The sessions are short and tailored to your needs. Jessica is excellent. I highly recommend her.

I started working out there a few months after they opened. I have never stuck with any workout program for so long! They work with all my challenges! I've had a hip replacement, broke my arm, was in a boot for a broken foot, and have a back issue, and through everything they have adjusted my workouts to be effective and safe. They even implemented some physical therapy exercises that my Physical therapist recommended and it's been very helpful. I love that I have a personal trainer with me the whole time to make sure I am doing the exercises correctly, not injuring myself, and getting the most out of the super slow training. It's so important for a post-menopausal woman to continue strength training! Plus I use the C.A.R.OL bike for cardio after every workout! Thank you Denise & Cindy!

I have been doing this program with Denise and Jessica for over 4 years. The slow weight training once per week is amazing for my body. I can feel my muscles and tendons getting stronger each week. The one-on-one personal attention is not only the best way to do weight training, but also the safest way to avoid injury. They are welcoming, kind, encouraging, and hard-nosed when needed! Love this way to get stronger! I have worked out in other slow weight training places, but this is the best ever! The best part is it only takes 20 minutes per week!

This place is a 10/10. They have Super dedicated, caring and knowledgeable trainers. Also flexible scheduling, top notch equipment and the ability to have the whole facility to yourself for your training session. I made more progress on my body composition, in both muscle gain AND fat loss, in 6 months at Inform Fitness than I did in the 10 years I struggled with it on my own. 110% worth the price of the membership, especially if you view it as an investment in your health. I saw incredible results doing the super slow method only 2x per week, 30 minute sessions. Could not recommend more!

There are so many good things to say about InForm Fitness and working with Denise. The gym has such a friendly and low key atmosphere. Denise has a vast knowledge of the body and what builds health and fitness. Most of all, she is so creative and adaptable in working with each individual. I always know she’ll build a session around my needs at the moment. She makes getting fit fun, too. After doing slow fitness for five years, I could never go back to a fast paced gym. I have numerous injuries and physical challenges that have made it impossible to work out at a regular gym. Finding InForm Fitness has truly been transformational. I have been struggling with depression along with all my physical challenges feeling like I was going to be stuck in this cycle of pain and not being able to get stronger and fit for the rest of my life. For the first time in a very, very long time I feel hope again as I see and feel the pathway towards regaining strength and well being in the way that addresses my own unique needs and body. This is a different kind of workout. I'm most familiar with explosive movements for longer periods of time.
This workout wipes you out slowly but very fast.

You're in and out pretty quickly.

You feel it right away then again 2 days later.

This is a good workout if you're short on time or to balance your body out from doing more explosive movements.

I like it and will continue to participate for a long time to come.

Give it a try a few times. You'll be hooked.
