After almost a year and a half at InglewoodFit, I can honestly say that joining this gym was the best decision I could have made for myself! It’s so much more than your average gym! You feel welcomed, you’re given proper techniques, and you feel accomplished after every class! You will definitely put the work in, but you will also love the results! With Coach Mike at InglewoodFit I have been able to strengthen my body and mind! He keeps you motivated and celebrates every achievement you meet during the class and in your life in general! You actually feel like he cares and that makes it worth not wanting to miss a day! I have made good friends and workout partners along my journey and I’m excited to keep being challenged and to keep striving! You can come at any fitness level, all you need is a desire for change and the will to put in the work!

I’m new & inexperienced to XFit workouts. Mike coaching is helping me to make this experience easier, he explains and corrects me on every exercise. Excellent CrossFit gym and excellent owner/instructor all around. Mike has really created a special place here. CrossFit Inglewood is not your typical CrossFit gym. It’s a very inviting environment that understands each person’s unique goals, strengths, and limitations. It doesn’t have that intimidating and competitive vibe that most other CrossFit gyms promote. There isn’t a whiteboard to track everyone’s WOD time, everyone is trying to do their best without trying to out do each other, and everyone keeps their shirts on. As far as the people go, all of the members are motivated and really supportive, and Mike is one of the best instructors in the industry. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, patient, understanding, and appreciative of all of his members. There is no judgment when scaling a workout, which is something that I’ve been doing each time over the past couple of months. This is the perfect place for those who are new to CrossFit, as well as those who have done it before, but want to train in a much more positive and low threat environment. Joining CrossFit Inglewood is one of the best decisions that I’ve made and I’m looking forward to continuing my training here for a long time. Even if you’re just thinking about it, take advantage of Mike’s free introductory class and free week of membership (both of which are unheard of within the industry). It’s risk free and it might end up being one of the best decisions that you make as well.

CrossFit Inglewood allows you a free personal workout to determine if you’d be interested joining. Once interested they walk through workouts step by step as well how to use the machines. This gym feels like a
Community where there is no judgement and everyone supports one another. I recently joined the gym myself and the instructor adjust the workouts to my current capabilities.

I was intimidated to start because I’m new to CrossFit, but everyone at this gym is so welcoming. Mike, the main coach, has done an awesome job of creating a supportive culture where all skill levels are welcome. I also appreciate that he provides modifications based on everyone’s level. I was in my first trimester of pregnancy when I started classes, and he has been great at helping me get stronger with pregnancy-safe adaptations. I highly recommend CrossFit Inglewood if you’re looking for a way to get stronger while also building community!

Great atmosphere and classmates, everyone is very encouraging, polite, and fun. The coaches show great care and support in everyone's progress and growth but also in their comfort level, making sure everyone moves at a pace that's appropriate for them.

I have been at the gym for about a month and a half and I love it!! Coach Mike consistently curates amazing workouts and an atmosphere to match. As someone who used to get a lot of anxiety from just the thought of going to the gym, this place has eliminated that anxiousness. I get to work on my form for the strength portion of every class, and the variation in workouts makes me eager to come back! I was very hesitant to start CrossFit because I felt intimidated, but I’m so glad I gave it a try because I’ve been in the best shape of my life. I’ve been a member for almost 3 years now and I feel strong and in shape. The environment is very welcoming and diverse and I feel like I’ve made lifelong friends here. Coach Mike is always supportive and encourages you to progress in the movements while taking into account everyone’s level of safety and fitness. He focuses on proper form and technique to avoid injuries and perfect the movements. I love having classes programmed for me because I feel very uninspired working out on my own and I can monitor my progress. The classes are always different so you never get bored. At first I was intimidated of Crossfit because of the videos I would see on social media. But since joining, its been a great experience. I canceled my memberships at other gyms since joining Crossfit Inglewood. Its simple, I see results here. Now dont get me wrong, the workouts are tough. Definitely not a place to go if I just want to hangout, look at myself in the mirror and take pics for IG. But when I gave Crossfit Inglewood my all, I was able to get down to my high school weight and see the results. Hell it got to the point I had to tailor my jeans. I didnt even know you could tailor jeans...lol.

I joined CrossFit Inglewood November 2022. Thanks to my decision of joining, I am probably in the best shape I’ve ever been. I wish I would have joined sooner! Coach Michael is a great coach. He reviews every workout/movements with us before every class. He focuses on our form/technique to prevent injuries. Prior to joining, I was intimidated with the workouts I would see affiliated with CrossFit because I thought I was not capable of doing them; however, Coach Michael assured me that anyone regardless of their fitness level or age can do CrossFit. The members here are all welcoming and friendly. The equipment is always sanitized after each use. If you’re looking to joining a CrossFit gym, CrossFit Inglewood is definitely the place.

Putting this experience in words would not do the proper justice! This gym, in conjunction with the instructor/coach is.............EPIC!!! Just had a free try out. iIt was customized, well instructed, safe, and motivating. Well equipped, CLEAN, cozy, and ideal if you are serious about health and fitness.
